Susurros del Corazón, Auberge Resorts Collection

Truly a bespoke experience. The accolades are absolutely deserved. Beautiful property with an army of the friendliest staff keeping every attention to detail spot on. King Suite was amazing and on property restaurants all top notch. Loved the 3 tier pool deck areas, each with their own vibe and the private beach is beautiful.

My wife and I made a spontaneous visit to Susurros Del Corazón last weekend for a much needed getaway. From the second we stepped out of the car from the airport we knew this was a special place. The service, room, food, pool and quiet location exceeded expectations. Honestly one of the finest resorts we’ve ever stayed and can’t wait to return.

Everything from the resort layout, to amenities, to staff/service, to food, to accommodations was TOP NOTCH! I have been fortunate to be able to travel a lot and stay at a lot of very nice resorts and I would put this resort and experience up against any other. This was truly a genuine "vacation of a lifetime"!

My husband and I get away quarterly for some R&R time. We typically head to our favorite places in the Caribbean but opted to give Susurros a chance on the recommendation of our travel advisor (and based on how much we enjoyed a stay last year at the Auberge du Soleil in Napa). The resort is perfect. The rooms are gorgeous - so clean, beautiful showers, beautiful views, lots of room to move around, and excellent AC. The grounds and pools are pristine. The sand at the beach is white (always a bonus for me). But, I agree with prior reviews, the staff takes this resort up to the next level. The staff truly make this place into an oasis of perfection. So many different people, but every single person knew our names, wanted to make sure we had everything we needed, anticipated requests before you even made them. Kevin at the beach, Riccardo at Casamilpa, and so many more truly made our stay exceptional. We had a couples massage and both of us thought the massages were wonderful. Not a single complaint about this hotel or the staff. Way to go Susurros!

1. Great food, not too high brow like the one and only Manderia. Very high quality meats. We also did the private beach dining it was expensive but awesome. 2. I would not book a cliff side room again, it’s too far and the golf carts cannot take you to the pool/restaurant or beach. 3. Service was overall excellent, occasionally language barrier, when they make errors they quickly made up for it. Well done management. GM was present and showed genuine concern for our happiness on property. 4. Room was modern, clean and ac worked great. 5. The resort reminds me of the Mintage Cabo in layout and vibe, just smaller but with better waves to surf. 6. Spa was overpriced. 7. Resort felt empty in a good way, never had to fight for chairs 8. One and Only is more exotic in location, but the Auberge is excellent value and beautiful as well and had much better food. I recommend this resort.

My wife & I had an amazing trip for our 25th anniversary. Susurros del Corazon was one of the best places we have ever stayed... and we have traveled a good bit over our 25 years of marriage. The rooms, dining, pools, beach, and spa are all top tier. The staff is warm, welcoming, and so friendly.. they made us feel like family. Rooms are so comfortable, and if you can I highly recommend the garden suites with your own plunge pool. Bathroom is awesome and all the little things they give you for the room are so nice and locally made. We also did a breathwork session with Moe, and he is one of the coolest facilitators there. I need to look him up and find more info if he is online. We highly recommend and hope we are able to return again for another trip one day. MUCHAS GRACIAS FAMILIA SUSORROS! Nosotros te amamos.
