The resort was beautiful and had great service. The “all-inclusive” designation was not as expected, as you were limited to certain restaurants, had to carry papers around, had to report your room number an inordinate amount of times a day, and had to sign a “bill” for every drink and meal. It was a bit off-putting for us.

Great place to stay, clean, good food, great beach. Check in and check out takes a little longer than desired. Having to sign a receipt each and every time you eat is a little bothersome. Starbucks and grocery store 2 minute walk. I would upgrade the room to make sure you get a balcony.

Liked the ocean, beaches and pools, restaurants nearby.
Disliked - room was a motel type, no window (Tonina bldg), facing parking/loading dock. The hotel seems all-inclusive in *******, but it was NOT. They offered to buy AI on site for major dollares. Many members-only areas, time-share agents, etc.

Paradise Village has great Beach, just wish you could book the Palapas Online. Even though we didn't book we still found a spot at the back. Staff were around to help too! The waiters on the beach are excellent! Everyone is so friendly, and guests seem very happy. We didn’t do the all-inclusive so we used the kitchen for several meals. It was very basic, but worked for the week we were there. Maid staff were very nice too and got us some dish soap, or they did the dishes for us, if we left any not done.
My only complaint was no blankets on the beds, just a sheet and bedspread. My Mother and I were a little chilly at night. My Mom is 84 and she loved Paradise Village! We had a lot of fun :) watching the shows and eating at 2 of their Restaurants which were excellent!
Skybar and Mayapan , reservations were easy to make the day before. We have relatives in Nuevo with a car so they took us to Walmart for Groceries, the little store across the street is basic and expensive.
Lots of Restaurants at the little Mall that are very good too. Tons of families here and the kids seemed to be having alot of fun at the pool and they have a kids Club. The Parrots they have onsite are gorgeous and only noisy before feeding time , they is a Tiger Daisy too, I felt so bad for her all alone in her cage.
A man told me her brother died a couple of years ago. She looks well looked after, but still breaks my heart. The property is beautiful, rooms getting old, we adjusted air conditioning

Do not get the all inclusive at this property. You get draft beer and cold food. If you like cheep buffet food you will enjoy it.

Require a few more pool waiters to look after food and drink ordering . Other than that , we had a great experience , this been our 2nd visit to Paradise Village . The 2 specialty restaurants very fantastic ! Would be nice to have a simpler system with less room number and signature requirements for simple things like a water or drink ordering. Nice family destination.

Stayed for two weeks . I had to repeatedly complain about the noise at bedtime , changed my room . Still noisy at night . They have no control of night shift stuff noise and guests which impacting my sleep. Despite the resort's beauty and friendly staff, the constant disturbance and boring food make it a one-star experience for me.

We were in the farthest room away and whenever we needed a ride we just called the bell boys and asked for a ride, they quickly came and picked us up.
All inclusive doesn’t mean all inclusive a lot of things were limited, food, drinks, and the time you could get a drink, nothing after 1030 pm.
The special nights were fun we had Western and Mexician. Missed opportunity for your nightly shows, the ones we saw were okay but they weren’t every night.
There is very limited night life, the restaurant upstairs needs to play different music, have theme nights and you could have a gold mind up there.
Your entertainment crew around the pool were great, we participated in most events during the day.
Had an okay time but probably won’t be back not for the price.
