El Hotel es muy cómodo y bien ubicado . Buena ducha, baño muy amplio La habitacion muy limpia y con camas muy comodas .La atencion muy buena .Faltarian algunos detalles de mantenimiento ,pero son salvables .

Nos entregan las llaves en el check in, pero quien nos atiende no sabía exactamente donde se encontraba la habitación, nosotros tuvimos que encontrarla. La llave no funcionaba y tuvimos que solicitarlas tres veces para que finalmente nos entregaran la única llave de esa habitación, al parecer era una cerradura vieja diferente al resto. NO hicieron el servicio de la habitación siendo que el 1er. día nos retiramos 10.30hs y volvimos 18.30 hs, ergo, pasamos los dos días que nos hospedamos con las mismas toallas, amenities y nosotros debimos estirar la cama, se nos dijo que se les había traspapelado al personal de limpieza y por eso la habían pasado por alto. El desayuno muy pobre, aunque la Señorita que lo servía hacía lo que podía, era una sola, para muchos pasajeros. solicitamos el libro de quejas en conserjería y se nos negó, diciendo que no contaban con uno y que nos llegaría una encuesta de satisfacción a nuestro email. Por supuesto al momento de abonar, aún habiendo planteado nuestra queja, pagamos la tarifa completa. Realmente si pueden utilicen a esos precios otro hotel.
