The hotel is in the best location. We 3 oceanfront rooms & a suite. The suite is not really a suite but it was okay. It’s very clean, pretty & for the most part staff is very nice. There was one reception staff member that always seemed flustered & was not so helpful. The rest of them at the desk were great. But, please beware of the balcony doors!! We booked ocean front but could NOT use the balconies because the doors were complicated to open (had NO instructions). In one of the rooms, we attempted to open the balcony doors but they were not working well (probably broken). We then tried turning the lever left instead of right, and it got worse. We immediately reported it! At check out, I was charged 180 euros for the broken door handle!!! I also paid over 2000 euros for 4 nights. We were very easy going & patient guests even when our room refrigerator was broken and they could not accommodate us to park in their garage. But, we are very upset now that we were charged an exorbitant amount of money for a broken handle and we are not even sure if we did break it because when we tried opening it the right way, it did open either. We feel that they took advantage of us because we are American tourists. My family who lives in neighboring towns told us that we should have refused to pay. Anyway, I wanted to forewarn everyone so that they make sure to not accidentally dent or break anything. And, if something is already broken, well good luck in explaining it to them snd expect to be charged for it. The rating deserves to be Poor or Terrible because of the extra charge but I am giving them credit for their other redeeming things.

The hotel is excellent, great location and sublime restaurante, but the best is the personalized attention that you get while there. A special Mention goes to Rosario (Saro) who knows everything and everybody at bagnara and always has kind words and a nice touch with you. Top Location

Room was updated, clean, and comfortable. partial view of the water. helpful staff. secure parking only for a small car, like the Fiat 500. Pleased with the restaurant food and the morning breakfast.

The hotel has an excellent loction - short walk to Valletta ferry or St Julien. Staff are excellent. Rooms vary in size - balcony rooms good depending on which side of the building. Everything in Malta is tight. Breakfast has a good selection. The gym is a busier hotel gym but works well. Bonus is the underground parking! A good choice.

There was something about waking up to the sound of the sea that was so special. The balcony had a great view. The staff was very kind and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again! The room was also spacious.

Tutto ciò che ti aspetti da un grand hotel. Pulizia, reception professionale, vista mare. Ristorante ottimo, colazione europea abbondante. Parcheggio auto. Posizione centrale, a piedi sei proprio sul corso di bagnara. . Camere spaziose con balcone e bagni forniti con doccia comoda.

Ottima struttura alberghiera gestita da persone competenti e che, assieme al ricco personale, soddisfano l'esigenza del cliente. Ho pernottato in struttura per un viaggio di lavoro, ma sono certo di volerci tornare per una breve sosta nel periodo estivo, anche perché la struttura alberghiera è situata in una zona fantastica della Calabria. Ve la consiglio.

Hotel con tutti i comfort, pulizia, letti comodi, ascensore, stanze ampie e ben arredate. Centralissimo sul lungomare e per il tradizionale rito dell'Affruntata. La veduta sul mare e' mozzafiato come dalle mie foto. Prezzo molto conveniente in questo periodo. Un ringraziamento a Rosario per la grande accoglienza, a Miriam per la gentilezza al settore colazione peraltro molto ricca e per tutti i gusti. Grazie anche a Pierfrancesco e alla sig.ra Maria un premio per la simpatia
