併設のレストランが美味しいです！ランドリーサービスは1アイテム30ルピーで綺麗です。スタッフはとても親切です。お部屋は少し古い感じですがアッパーバグドグラの中では安心して居られる場所でした。

We had landed at Bagdogra and needed sustenance before taking on the longish car drive. This looked like a decent place to stop for breakfast and we were not disappointed though the Glenary's (on our right as we entered) was rather a let down. After tasting the rather limited fare for sale at Glenary (lemon tart etc.) I realized nostalgia was dead. Besides Glenary said they were not open for breakfast yet! So we decided to have breakfast at Marinas instead. The set breakfast menu at Marinas was Meh ..totally uninspiring BUT the a la carte was simply delicious. Toast and bacon, chicken sausages and eggs...washed down with good tea. We demolished everything put on our plates. On our return journey, Brunch was Pork fried rice which was YUM!! The ambiance is charming (I saw an avocado tree in fruit here), the service is good if slightly slow. Low volume music. Clean toilets. My friend said the ambiance reminded her of New Orleans. Definitely worth visiting enroute /from Bagdogra.

We are travelling a lot and this is Our regular place to have food if we are going to/out of the airport! Only 2 km from Bagdogra airport and very nice place to have food or cup of coffee without coming to Siliguri! Very clean bathrooms good staff. Different varieties of food! Anyone will be satisfied! They have even sushi, ohh I’m badly missing them here in India and Marina’s is the place where I can cut my carving for it!

Marina's Motel is in Bagdogra and being the central junction leading to different destinations in Northeast, It is a good place to enjoy your halt. The meals are delicious, The staff is courteous and the ambiance is very nice and cosy besides neat and clean.

When we made the booking, we had low expectation from this hotel due to the cheap room price that we paid for a Superior Double room. However, it was surprises after surprises after entering the hotel premises. We came to know that this hotel is actually owned & operated by one of the legendary restaurants of Darjeeling [hint: It starts with the letter 'G' ;) ] The check-in process was smooth. We were allotted room 407 and was escorted there. The room was shockingly big! Even with 2 adults and 2 kids, it did not feel small. The bed was American King size, where 4 of us could fit very easily. There were two chairs and a table. Still there were plenty of open floor to walk around the room. I don't know why they call it a 'Superior Double' room. It should have been termed as a 'Junior Suite' at minimum! We visited the restaurant of the hotel for dinner, which was of excellent quality and taste. The breakfast was included in the dirty-cheap room price! That's crazy! They had plenty of options in the breakfast as well. There were a few shortcomings in the hotels, which I am not even mentioning here because of the great value of money that we got from this hotel. If those could have been improved, then it would be a 5-star grade hotel (which it is not). Final verdict - after all these years, I have found the best hotel to stay in Siliguri, which is just 10 minutes drive away from the Bagdogra airport!

This hotel surely deserves a better aggregate rating than what it currently has (3.5). After seeing the mixed reviews, I was a bit apprehensive before checking in, but my fears were pointless. The place is like a comfortable oasis amid the heat and humidity of the area. Despite being right on the main road, once you check-in, it's amazingly peaceful. I can't think of anything negative from my one-night stay. A clean and spacious room, efficient AC, responsive and helpful staff, great food (especially for non-vegetarians), a Glenary's outlet right outside -- I loved everything. I also needed to work for a few hours, and the efficient Wi-Fi proved very useful. Among the best things about the hotel is its close location to the airport. I had an early morning flight, so I chose this instead of the well-known options in Siliguri. It took less than 10 minutes to get to the airport in the morning, with the paid taxi arranged by the reception. Thankfully, breakfast started early enough for me to eat well before leaving for my flight. This might not be the best option if you want to do some shopping or sightseeing in Siliguri (though vehicles on rent should be available). However, otherwise, I would who***eartedly recommend this place for a calm stay right after getting down from the hills.

Located close to the airport, Marina’s is a good option for a meal in Bagdogra, without having to go to Siliguri. We were here for lunch, and were impressed by the quality of food, spacious ambience, hygiene & cleanliness and the warm & prompt service.

MARINA'S MOTEL REVIEW Stayed for 1 night on 19th May 2022. Very Good Experience  Good, clean quiet property.  Slightly inside, but with an added benefits of free from noise and air pollution of vehicular traffic.  Clean neat spacious, well maintained rooms.  Spacious bathroom with adequate supplies of toiletry and white towels and napkins.  Good courteous, ready to assist staff  Beautiful Restaurant with little slow service but good food. Close to Airport - morning it took us about 7 to 8 minutes to reach Airport. Hotel had arranged drop, a new AC Desire Car on charable basis @ Rs. 300. Driver reported 10 minutes before time. We had booked room thr Agoda @ Rs. 2650 inclusive of Breakfast and all Taxes. Breakfast spread was Good but items not great! We were given options to choose the room and one we selected had full glass windows on one entire side facing two huge ***go trees with lovely ***goes allover the tree. We loved the ambience so much that had we not got pre-booked return Air tickets for Mumbai, we would have extended our stay just to relax. Also, 10,days back when we had visited Siliguri, we had stayed at Hotel Uddan, a very noisy hotel with no view from the rooms. In fact we could not keep our room curtains open and felt very suffocating. And room tariff was much much higher than Marina's Motel. If in future I happen to come to Siliguri, I would love to Stay at Marina's, despite distance from city center.  HARISH THAKKER GOOGLE GUIDE
