I have traveled in 50 countries on 5 continents, but the experience in Ritter Hotel was the worst in my life. I have booked a double bed and the hotel had just twin beds. Because I asked for a double bed, they started to become extremely aggressive. The asked me "Have you ever been in a hotel before?" Finally, because I didn't wanted to totally destroy the Valentine's weekend I accepted to take the room that they have. The manager told me "If you don't like the room that we have you should go". So I had to beg for half an hour the manager, Mrs. Ganter to they give me a room, while the room was already paid.

I spent a weekend alone here to get away from the day-to-day and rest. Lovely place with a really nice spa area. The Saunas were lovely and overall the place was orderly and neat. The friendliest people work here and anytime I needed anything or assistance with anything, they went above and beyond. The restaurant was absolutely delightful and the food was very good. The employees seem to really enjoy working here as one could feel a warm and welcoming atmosphere among them. I had a lovely time and it’s definitely on my list of places to go again should I have a chance.

Wir waren über Ostern vier Nächte im Ritter Das Zimmer war sauber; die Betten angenehm; die Dusche fanden wir etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig - aber es hat ja eine Dusche im Bad. Das Frühstückbuffet lies keine Wünsche offen - Das Nachtessen war ausgezeichnet ebenso der Wein bompablo

Wir waren auch Hund willkommen und das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss war perfekt. Sehr gepflegt und sauber. Schönes Restaurant mit toller Terrasse. Aussicht auf Burg und ruhige Lage. Das Essen war sehr gut, schön präsentiert und Varianten reich. Der Service aufmerksam und stets bemüht. Wir haben den Spätsommer genossen.

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans cet hôtel familial à la veille de la période de Noël. Très bon accueil, sourire, et personnel au petit soin de la clientèle malgré la barrière de la langue (c'est soit allemand, soit anglais - clientèle suisse très majoritaire). Chambre très spacieuse. Lit de 2x90 avec un matelas assez ferme. Grande salle de bain avec bain et douche. La douche est par contre fort petite. Très belle infrastructure balnéo avec piscine, transats, bain à remous, sauna, etc... Grand parking. Les repas sont soignés avec buffet un jour sur deux. Petit-déjeuner chaud-froid sucré-salé avec tout ce qu'il faut. Salle de resto agréable. Il y a de chouettes balades à faire dans le village et aux alentours. Pour l'hôtel : Chambre : 9/10 - SDB 8/10 - Lit 8/10 - Propreté 9/10 - Insonorisation 8/10 PDJ : 9/10 Dîner : 8/10 Accueil : 9/10 Avec un grand plaisir que nous y retournerons.

Chambre catégories standard : La Chambre est confortable , le décor est moderne , petit balcon , Sdb / douche . A ne pas louper la terrasse de l’hôtel qui est superbe , décor fleuri , avec une vue magnifique à 180 ° . La piscine / spa est vraiment sympathique. Le personnel est vraiment très accueillant malgré les petits soucis de langue Bon rapport qualité prix. Nous y reviendrons

Ich war in Badenweiler mit meiner Frau im Hotel Ritter wir waren zufrieden. Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig. Eine schöne Lage und eine gute Ausstattung. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wir konnten uns jedenfalls über das Wochenende erholen.

Wir kommen immer wieder gerne hier her. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Essen ist immer sehr lecker. Es hat für jeden ewtas. Im Sommer hat es eine sehr schöne grosse Therasse wo man essen kann. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und jedes anders Eingerichtet.
