Convenient location, quiet and room amenities are exceptional. Layout of the property was easy to access and my stay was relaxing and refreshing.

First, before you book be prepared to put down a $100 deposit when you check in, is that hopefully you will get back a couple of days after you check out. Not very happy with that practice.
The property owner was very nice, and we had several interesting conversations.
On the upside, the hotel is in beautiful condition the room was spacious and very comfortable, everything was very clean, it had an outstanding hot breakfast every morning, and a guest laundry, which is coin operated two dollars per load.
This property is on a major highway and is a good central location if you were visiting Aztec and Farmington. Close to museums and historic sites. The area is very quiet. The only thing near the hotel is a Pepsi warehouse.
It is also just 16 miles from the northern edge, Navajo ******, which is a wonderful non-smoking facility with great restaurants.

We had a great stay. Clean and quite. After asking about where the laundry was he put me close to it. Breakfast was good. Basic fair but good.

Staff cold and not welcoming. Room not cleaned during stay. Asked for towels and was told they had no one to bring them to me. I had to get dressed to go down and get them. After I was dressed, someone did show up.

VERY QUITE AND CLEAN HOTEL. front desk was very helpful. comfy bed clean rooms . entire property is newely renovated .full hot breakfast with lots of varity selection .beautiful backyard. hi-speed internet,overall had great time .will be back again.

It's a nice hotel, but the rooms are tiny. Our room had a queen bed with about 1 foot on either side of it. The end of the bed was about a foot from the desk. The 2 of us couldn't walk past each other and were not big people. That being said if you're looking to stop for a night, it would be a good choice.
