The staffs were quite friendly, the food are nice especially for dinner . The room was standard . The water park was fun , didn’t try the pool too many people unless you go at early morning .

Here at the moment very clean holer.foid amazing even snack bar with good choice of food,the hotel is jeot really nice & staff pleasant, we have room overlooking the pools and it's really spacious wuth walk in shower,fridge & safe including, I ephkd reccomend this hotel if in any doubt don't bevits beautiful

We arrived in the early hours of check in and was greeted with lovely friendly check in staff with a sandwich and drink waiting, which was much appreciated after a long day travelling. Our room 1516 was lovely and clean and a good size, it was great having the option to separate the room into two so the children could have their own space to sleep and relax. The rooms where cleaned and towels were changed daily. The restaurant food was yummy and delicious and good variety throughout the week;the snack bar food was also good and kept the children happy with the chicken nugget and pizza supply! The swimming pools were clean and a good variety of depts to suit all. The location of the hotel is in the heart of ayia napa and short walking distance to everything you’d want to explore; bars, shops, ice cream, harbour etc. Nissi beach is about 30min walk or a short bus journey and is absolutely stunning! Highly recommend hiring a buggy to explore places further away like blue lagoon, sea caves. The Manager is a diamond and very helpful and also a shout out to restaurant staff Georgia for always taking time out to speak to the kids. To be honest all the staff was just lovely and friendly. Hopefully see you all again soon.

Just come back from this amazing hotel and the staff cannot do enough for you. The hotel manager (think his name was Dimitris) was always friendly and greeted us all the time so pleasantly. Only one grumpy bar staff we encountered once but she must have been having a bad day lol The hotel is conveniently situated in the centre of Ayia Napa so really close to all the bars, shops and restaurants. The rooms are all modern and fully functional, the hair dryer supplied was better than my own! All the power sockets are for uk plugs so no need to take any euro adapters. The restaurant was big and spacious, and there’s plenty of choice for all, even fussy eaters like myself. And the staff in the restaurant work tirelessly to clear tables, bring ur drinks orders etc The snacks available at the outside bar are amazing and plenty of choice if u prefer to stay at the pool all day and not dress to go to the restaurant. Choices were burgers, fish, pizza, spring rolls, wraps, rolls, fruit etc. amazing choice! And don’t get me started on the drinks/cocktails, miss the Amaretto sours already! Only thing we were gutted about was the waterpark next door being unavailable but as Dimitri explained, Atlantica Hotels recently took over this hotel and deemed the water park unsafe so that’s fair enough. They are looking to update the water park to make it safe! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Don’t pay attention to the bad reviews. You can’t please everyone I guess!!

Just returned from our week holiday. Ignore any bad reviews you have previously seen. This hotel and the staff are amazing! Special mentioned goes to Georgia and Andreas. The hotel is spotless, the rooms spacious and comfortable, only a slight issue with the shower not draining quick enough and spilling out but this was quickly resolved. In fact any issues no matter how minor are resolved quickly and efficiently. The staff are what makes this place, they are warm, friendly and helpful, really make you feel welcome. The manager/owner is amazing! He would ask for feedback whenever we passed, asking how our stay was and for any improvements and come back with feedback if we had any suggestions. The food and drink selection is great, the Al a carte restaurant was top notch! Food was delicious! (Pictures attached) Snack bar is one of the best I’ve seen at an all inclusive hotel, always a fresh supply of fruit, salads, yogurt, sandwiches, nachos, nuggets, burgers, pizzas and baked potatoes! The drinks especially the iced latte and pina colados were 😍👌🏼 Wi-Fi is brilliant throughout the hotel, never had any issues with connection! Pools are spacious and they allow inflatables which the kids were happy about. Slight shortage of sun beds which may be an issue in the summer months. Entertainment is lacking but the girls are trying. At times it was a little questionable but I think they are trying to find their feet. My kids enjoyed kids club the times they went, small issues where they allowed my daughter to leave but I brought this up with our rep and they have now put in measures to ensure this will not happen again. Location of the hotel is fab! Right in the middle of nissi avenue where you’ll find all the shops and restaurants you need as well as a huge fairground. The harbour, sandy bay beach and nissi beach all within walking distance. 100% recommend this hotel, would love to visit again! Hopefully next time the water park will be back open! After booking last minute and hearing this hotel was going through some renovations I didn’t expect very much from this holiday…but how wrong! On arrival at 2am there was an absolutely lovely member of staff waiting on reception to welcome us and Peter took our cases to our room (1111) with great humour. The hotel is immaculate…the rooms are big, beyond clean and freshly decorated with comfy big beds, pillows are deep, quality linen and a beautiful stylish shower room. COULDNT ask for more. The pool area is scrubbed clean every day, there are plenty of sun beds with fixed parasols which made life with the kids so much easier. The pool bar (altho located in a slightly awkward position) is open all day and serves lovely salads, baguettes and hot snacks…along with unlimited cold drinks. Again all spotlessly clean. The main restaurant has lots of choice and we haven’t had a bad meal…Cypriot night is the best! Blooming lovely!! The kids/hotel entertainment is still finding its feet after the renovations and new ownership I believe, but I am sure will be as good as the rest of the hotel soon. Currently not a lot going on, however the pool/weather and hotel/staff totally outweigh this. The location of the hotel is a 2 minute walk to shops and bars and a fairground etc and so in the mean time there is plenty to do outside of the hotel without having to go far. I cannot say enough about the members of staff in this hotel. Hard working. Good natured. Kind, warm, funny with endless patience. As a single parent with 2 children in tow my life couldn’t have been made easier. The bar staff Tiberius, Ali, Naveed and Pous Sous….brilliant bunch - we will miss them all!!! Ask Andreas about his farm over dinner..sounds wonderful!!! The manager of the hotel is the kindest soul. He is onsite ALL DAY everyday…(not even hiding out.. trying to take cover from incoming moans 👌).. and quietly but effectively oversees things. Definitely the reason it all runs so well. On the rare occasion we have needed help, he has resolved our request with good honest humility. The other section managers behave in exactly the same fashion…clearly a solid team. Kids are already asking to come back..so hope to rebook when the water park reopens and the hotel is a bit more bustling with entertainment. Ignore any bad reviews…I can moan about the air I breath usually..In fact it’s slightly irritating I have nothing to whine about 🙄 Book without worry 👊

Here currently 11th - 18th may. Apparently Under the new ownership, we can't fault it. Got in late the first night due to flights and the ladies on reception were great. Handled everything quickly, professionally and had sandwiches and water ready for us. The rooms are basic but that's all you need. Somewhere to sleep, somewhere to shower and somewhere to get out of the heat. We had an issue with the shower, which was handled almost right away. The rooms are cleaned daily and towels replaced. No bugs seen. The food is your normal hotel fare, varied and good, both in the dining area and the restaurant. Absolutely no complaints. The staff are fantastic, a real addition to the place. Friendly, professional and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Laughing, joking and making our toddler feel welcome and amused. The location is great. Close to the harbour and a short walk from sandy beaches. A ten min walk to the main drag of bars and closer to shops, the fair ground and other entertainment. We would gladly stay here again.

Brilliant Hotel, very friendly staff who can't do enough to help you. Lovely and clean, pool is brilliant especially for little ones. The food is lovely and amazing in the alacart restaurant. Very good entertainment for kids and fitness activities for the mums. Lots to do in the local vicinity and the fair next door is great for kids and adults, closes at 11.30pm. Excursions are brill aswell.

the location of the hotel really is excellent and within walking distance from all the ameneties, restaurants and bars. the staff were super friendly and helpful. importantly the rooms were clean and looked recently renovated. we would definitely go again and again
