Sanders Rio Gardens

Good place to go if you’re a young group of friends, wouldn’t recommend to family’s or older couples who want a quiet night . There was 6 of us girls and we had no issues with the place, did what we needed which was a place to stay 5 min walk to the ***** , 10-15 to the nearest beach lots of food places around and other things to do. We arrived late so had self check in which was easy everything communicated by the hotel and let us leave our bags there the day we checked out. We had already read online that you have to pay for more toilet roll so just brought extra in our suitcases, we were only there 3 nights so no having room service wasn’t an issue. Full of teenagers like us being loud so would steer clear if you want peace and quiet.

Once these people have your money they couldn't care less about you . We have fundamental issues with our room . The reception staff are rarely there ..when they are on site they are rude and refuse to deal with broken essential amienities. We tried contacting the parent company who are avoiding our concerns and there is no phone contact number to help . We feel extremely let down by the lack of consideration here . Visit at your own caution ...would definitely not recommend

The rooms were very good, comfy and very clean. Everything was very pleasing we were a big group of people, and we faced no difficulties in communication. We also had a great host Mr. Ivanos that made sure that we had our best time while staying in Napa. Best place to go, dont hesitate to book. Very good and honest people managing the place. The plug sockets don’t work. No one cleaned our room for over a week. We had to constantly keep asking for toilet roll and fresh towels. So so incredibly noisy it’s actually unbelievable. You just have to experience it to understand. Our shower door was broken so couldn’t close properly and the water would come out. The decoration in the room literally felt like it was a mental asylum. No staff after 5:30 so it feels like a free for all. Everyone in the pool screaming at all hours of the night. We complained and asked to move rooms as we were right next to the pool and we’re told no and to ring a security number as no one was meant to be in the pool at this time. We did ring the number and was told no one was available to be called out to the apartments. Worst place ever. Positive is that it is very close to the *****, like a 5 minute walk.

This could have been a 2 except for one person - Bill. The man is brand new there and tried his best to resolve my issues. The low rating had nothing to do with his level of service. The low rating comes from a horrible toilet area, quality of linens etc, and lack of common sense items, such as paper towels,etc. I went two days with cold water for a shower and then two with warm. Cyprus uses solar powered water heating, which doesn’t work the same way as US for most part. Beautiful part of the world though. There was also no room assigned to me when we arrived (my son and I), after a number of emails/texts regarding my accommodations.

Worst holiday ever. When we turned up, the room hadn't been cleaned and had to wait 4 hours for them to clean it. Staff were rude and ignorant - Didn't listen to us when we said there was bugs in our room 24/7 and stains on the sheets. Rooms were cleaned once in the week we stayed and they came in at 8am. Pool could fit about 3 people in and most the time we had to sunbathe on the floor with our towels. Only good thing was how close it was to the clubs. Do not recommend.

Value for money. Excellent bedroom and also very clean. Also the pool though was very relaxing especially in the night. It is very centrally located and in a wlakong distance from restaurants, bars, shops and clubs. The bar was also serving lots of drinks and good quality drinks. Though centrally located, it was very quiet and relaxing.

Tolle Anlage! Das Essen ist abwechslungsreich und einfallsreich. Zusätzlich zum Buffet gibt es ein American Diner und ein chinesisches A la Carte Restaurant, welches keinen Aufpreis kostet, was wirklich ungewöhnlich und toll ist. Die Zimmer sind in sehr gutem Zustand. Der Service in der kompletten Anlage ist ausgezeichnet, man wird bei jeder Mahlzeit zum Tisch geführt usw. Des Weiteren ein rießiges Angebot an All-Inclusive Inhalten, weit über 20 Cocktails mit hochwertigem Alkohol, Eisbar usw. Wir haben uns zu jeder Zeit sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

Отдыхали вдвоём с подругой в отеле Rio Gardens 2* с 16 по 26 сентября 2021г. Проживали в апартаментах без питания. Прибыли в отель около 16ч, поэтому заселение было сразу. Ресепшен располагается на 1м этаже. Есть еще 2й и цокольный этажи. Расположение номеров нас озадачило. Кто их нумеровал и в каком состоянии… это надо догадаться. Например, этаж 1й (с ресепшеном): номера подряд 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 10…. как так.. вот и ищи. Наш номер 29й был на 2-м этаже. Когда 20-тые и 30-тые некоторые были и на цокольном этаже. Вообщем лабиринт. В отели тихо, шумных вечеринок никто не устраивал, по дороге не часто машины проезжали. За отелем вообще пустырь с кустами. Бесплатного Wi-Fi нет, только платный. 1 час =2 евро, 1 день = 6 евро, 1 неделя (1 человек) = 20 евро, 1 неделя (2 человек) = 30 евро…ну и дальше больше. Наш номер (апартаменты) был просторный двухкомнатный. В первой комнатке (студии) кресло, кровать, телевизор и кухонка. В части кухни: холодильник, электрическая плита, электрический чайник, раковина и посуда (тарелки, чашки, ложки, вилки, одна кастрюля и одна сковородка). Воду из-под крану, даже кипячёную несколько раз пить не реально, поэтому покупали в бутылках. Во второй комнате – кондиционер, две кровати, шкаф, одна тумбочка, одна скамейка, два зеркала. Было два узеньких окна с жалюзи. Душевая комната у нас была отдельно, т.е. в отдельной комнатке. У других (как рассказывали) прямо в номере. Зеркало, раковина, унитаз и душевая кабина (но без дверей). В итоге после душа весь пол был сырой и лужи. Везде НЕ евророзетки, но был только один переходник (тройник), от него и заряжались. Вся бытовая техника уже была под их розетки. Не большой балкон с одним стулом выходил видом на другие номера. Слева виден бассейн, справа – дорога. Уборка была каждый день, но время разное то 11 часов, то 15 часов. Полы мыли с моющим средством начисто. Мусор выносили. Всегда было три рулона туалетной бумаги. На территории отеля два бассейна (детский и взрослый). Детский глубина 40см. «Грибок» не работал, хотя предполагались струи воды из него. Взрослый бассейн не большой, глубиной от 1м до 1,2м. В обоих бассейнах всегда холодная вода и не нагревается никогда. Т.е. освежает сразу и быстро, особа не поплаваешь. До моря идти минут 20-25 с горки. Назад тяжелее – в горку. По пути много магазинчиков с сувенирами и продуктами, ресторанчиков и кафе. Платить можно и картами и наличной (евро) везде без проблем, но продавцы предпочитают наличные. Рекомендую. Без отельного питание и ходьбы в отель в гору – похудели на несколько килограммов =))
