Stained duvet. The studio room is advertised as the cheapest room in Axminster. It’s a lovely room. The view is lovely. I was cold but the radiator was turned on for me and there was a heater. But I did expect clean bedding. What do you think? Is it acceptable?

Had a really lovely stay.located in a beautiful area. Room had everything I needed including extras like DVDs . What more could you ask For. The owners even offered a lift to come and pick me up from my place off work. Will definitely stay again.

The bed was the comfiest we've ever slept in. The shower was brilliant. Everything we needed and more. Perfect location for fossil hunting in Charmouth. Really quiet location. Well equipped kitchen. Great countryside views. Central heating.

A spacious suite that was generously appointed with tea and coffee facilities. Very clean, good parking and good communication from the owner. We have family in the area, and it was an ideal place to base ourselves for that visit. Highly recommended

What a lovely studio/self catering pod. Super clean, very comfortable, everything we needed was provided including biscuits and milk on arrival.lovely area in countryside.the huge bed was very comfortable indeed. Decorated to a high standard. Throughout.would highly recommend👍

What a hidden gem of a place!
The room was lovely, very clean and John was absolutely lovely to deal with.
Only a short distance to some lovely beaches too.
The rooms themselves had everything you would need for a self catering holiday.
Very clean and tidy and I would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family.
We will definitely be back for more visits in the future.
5 star ratings for everything.

It was lovely and peaceful great and handle for visiting our daughter, John was very helpful and great we could take our dogs that slept soundly too, left for them was treats and biscuits for us thanks again

We stayed in the studio with our children and dog. The studio was lovely and cosy, it had everything we could want or need. There were lovely touches such as some little extras for our dog. Some toys out for our baby. And some lovely biscuits, tea coffee and milk. The hosts were very welcoming and attentive. Great area, not far from Lyme Regis if you want to explore the Jurassic coast. We had a lovely stay and would stay again!!

John was super lovely, recommended all the nice local dog friendly places. The studio was great and cosy. It was very dog friendly, and the amenities were great. Would definitely recommend this place to stay for a little break away.
