A beautiful hotel within the walls of Avila. Friendly staff, lovely room and amazing breakfast. Outdoor cafe also very pleasant place for wine and tapas.

The hotel is located inside Avila’s walls. This is a perfect location! There is a piece of this wall inside the hotel.
Staff was very kind and helpful.
Rooms very comfortable. I will return to this palace if I visit Avila again. Highly recommend it.

We were experiencing central Spain on a road trip.
We had booked this hotel for a couple of nights.
We spent a lot of our time exploring Avila which was busy with lots of tourists.
The hotel won our award for the best of our trip.
A lovely hotel with a well designed mix of old and modern.
All public areas were a delight to use.
Our room was very spacious with a large bed and sofa lots of storage space.
The bathroom was lovely with a walk-in shower
Breakfast was cooked to order with lots of choice and and no limit on what you could have.
The service offered by all members of staff was exceptional and their language skills hard to beat.
If we ever come back to the area we’d rebook in a heartbeat.
This may be a Best Western Hotel but one to definitely choose!!

The hotel was very nice room great big and nice bed pillows no that good at all. My rating is more related to my check in. I don't know if all the staff are the same but the lady how did my check in no friendly at all. Even rude. After that just made my night no pleasant and even walking in and out was uncomfortable do to her lack of hapoynes maybe she was having a bad day. Place is amazing great place do drink in the patio and restarutars
