From check-in to check out, everything and everyone was excellent. It's a very convenient place at the corner of 6th and 7th street. I was in town for Austin City Limits. Less than a mile.

Nice newer property - awesome location. Room and amenities are comfortable and clean. My usual go-to when staying downtown. Only a few hiccups with this stay. Housekeeping request took 2 attempts to get extra pillows/towels. Outdated info on the in-room tv services needs to be updated - room service is NOT available anymore, and on the menu for food to be picked as "to-go", some descriptions and prices are in error. Also, music from the 2nd floor rooftop patio bar (which in and of itself is very nice) at night can be heard all the way up on the top floors. Lastly, there is only 1 ice machine for the whole hotel, on the 1st floor.
Other than those minor issues, still a great stay. Staff is courteous and helpful, and management did respond in a timely manner to address my concerns. I will probably stay there again.

All aspects were excellent - the aroma, tidiness, bar, restaurant, convenience, and the room, among others. The only minor issue was that the bathroom doors didn't completely close, allowing sounds to be heard and the people see you. Hehe.

A Marriott Bonvoy hotel, this was a cool place to stay. amenities included free continental breakfast (coffee was great), a secure access to hotel floors at the elevators, a partial open air lounge, coffee house and restaurant, and valet parking. The room and bed were comfortable! Great visit!

Housekeeping could have done a better job cleaning my room. Such as replacing toilet papers and throwing out my garbage.
Front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable in answering questions.

I absolutely loved Aloft property! The hostess Nikki was amazing she was all smiles every time we seen her. She even went above and beyond by upgrading our room to city view, sending us a bottle of wine, a card and some chocolates up to our room for our anniversary! We love this hotel we’ll definitely be visiting again:)
