The air conditioner fan was loud almost like it was ready to explode. The hair dryer didn't work. The manager was fantastic.

Although conveniently located near my business meeting. The facility was old, cosmetically, not appealing. The carpeting in the hallway was dirty and smelled like dirty socks - musky and unpleasant. My room was clean, although my bedding was super wrinkled (disappointing presentation) my toilet ran all night, the phone in room did not work to call maintenance, and my ac unit - made clunking noises all night. The did come to fix my toilet the next day.. but after two flushes - it was running again. I would not recommend this location for stay, and I would not choose it again.

The staff was very friendly upon arrival. Keys worked very well. (some hotel keys don't work on the first try). We would have liked to have a mini fridge and a microwave in the room. It would have also been convenient to have an on-site Dining room/ bar.

The stay was pretty good. The staff and the receptionist were really nice. Hotel is a little out of date but for the price and distance to downtown you can’t beat it. Will stay here again.

I was very surprised by how nice this place was. Everything was extremely clean and the staff was so nice. The breakfast every morning was great. The room was spacious and the shower temp and pressure were the best I have had in a hotel. Above everything else, the location of this place is great. It’s very close to the city center but also close to the other areas of the city that are popular. The parking is FREE, which is hard to find in Austin. Overall I was very impressed and have already booked this hotel for my next stay.

This property needs renovations. The carpeting is dirty on hallway floors. The room was clean but needs renovating as well. Staff is friendly and complimentary breakfast was good.

It was located Closer to the freeway, nearby the activity We wanted to do, had very nice breakfast, what I did not like it didn't have a microwave in our hotel room, when picking on the heater, its smell like something burning,, like dust or linens, I noticed the front desk.. I didn't want them to think I was smoking in the room, , even though the hallway smells a little smokey... Overall I enjoyed my visit.

I went to Austin for business and stay here because it was between the airport and downtown. It was nice, clean and the internet was very fast as well. I will stay here again if I ever come back.
