We could not get Wi-fi in our room, we requested to try another room but we were told there wasn’t one available, the receptionist advised she would contact the manager but we heard no more after that. We were also charged for using the pool and gym which frankly we declined as it was incredibly disappointing for the 10€ per person, when asked to refund the amount she took our card details and personal details on a scrap of paper and said she would refund later that day, we found this unacceptable but had no choice but to agree( did not understand why she couldn’t refund on the card machine we had just paid on) also disappointed to pay 10€ per day for parking at the hotel .positive was a good breakfast and comfortable beds with a very good brassiere attached.would not stay there again!

Old hotel, room on 1st floor, dark with no air con. No wardrobe just a curtain! Comfortable bed. Disappointing breakfast you had to book! No fruit and small selection, lovely coffee and orange juice. The pool is a great amenity but you have to pay 10 euro per person swimming with no towels .. the restaurant is lovely and good food!

Foncez !! Idéalement placé, cet établissement vous proposera le meilleur des accueils. Facile pour stationner + le centre ville à proximité. Il faut souligner la grande qualité d'accueil des équipes. Ne pas hésitez.

passez votre chemin, les plats sont arrivés froid et vraiment mauvais, plus de fois gras alors que c'était commandé et dit au dernier moment c'était pour une communion on a été très déçu car on était des clients historiques vraiment dommage car le cadre est sympathique

Nous avions réservé 4 chambres pour 3 nuits et l'hôtel a annulé nos réservations par erreur malgré nos divers échanges par téléphone et par mail à ce sujet. L'accueil téléphonique est déplorable ! Pas d'excuse pour cette erreur d'annulation et pas non plus de petite remise commerciale. Nous n'y retournerons plus.

Très agréable soirée étape dans ce bel hôtel modernisé mais ayant conservé le charme des grands hôtels, la salle de restaurant est magnifique, le personnel est charmant. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Literie confortable. Parking sous l’hôtel pratique en centre ville. Bref, nous recommandons.

Extrêmement déçus ! Cela fait 10 ans que nous venons dans cet hôtel et c'était la dernière ! Alors que l'équipe du premier jour s'accorde à nous permettre de garder la chambre 1h de plus sans frais et d'accéder à la piscine pour un forfait global de 10€ au lieu des 10€ par personne, une employée tape à notre porte le lendemain à 12h05 et nous somme de quitter la chambre ! A la réception nous tentons d'expliquer ce qui a été convenu la veille... aucune écoute, un véritable mur et pire que cela un mépris non dissimulé ! Quel service client et tout cela dans un hôtel vide ... Je ne conseille à personne cet hôtel j'imagine que le changement de management initié il y a 2 ans y est pour beaucoup.

Hôtel quasi inaccessible en voiture, 15 minutes à tourner en rond dans la ville avec les multiples sens interdit pour l'atteindre... Finalement nous telephonons et on nous guide par téléphone jusqu'au parking, tout petit. Nous avions choisi l'hôtel pour son parking privé justement, mais il faut être detective pour le trouver. Autre raison du choix de l'hôtel sur ***********, sa piscine et son spa ... mais à notre arrivée on nous apprend qu'il faut payer un supplément et réserver... enfin, à notre arrivée, une jeune femme très sûre d'elle et hautaine, disant qu'au lieu de tourner dans la ville, il suffisait de téléphoner et semble nous prendre de haut et s'en amuser. Quant à la chambre, elle sent mauvais (on apprend qu'elle a été repeinte récemment), le réservoir de savon dans la baignoire est vide et les lampes de chevet ne fonctionnent pas (malgré les essais du personnel de l'établissement..). A fuir!!!!
