This was a cheap motel for the Masters and lived up to the task. Pretty worn but that's expected when booking this sort of place, and had been cleaned. If looking for anything beyond place to rest yourself, probably asking too much but with the little fridge and microwave, both coming in handy, and simply the "clean enough place to get a nights sleep" - worked well for us.

The owners are very nice and helpful but the property is not good.
Homeless people hanging around. Very noisy with people milling around at night and loud music coming from cars. I really didn't feel completely safe there.

No one at front desk for at least 15 minutes. Would not take pets unless I paid CASH. The property was listed as pet friendly in the app. No recourse.

Reserved a non smoking room. No such thing of a non smoking room. The room smelled of smoke. The sheets had cigarette burn marks. The floor was covered in black dirt. I walked around one evening in my socks and the bottom of the socks showed how dirty the floor was. The air conditioner when on made a horrible noise. Could easily hear the people next door. This is the worst motel I ever stayed in.

Place is awful! Do not stay here unless you have 0 fear of being in a terrible neighborhood. Checked in and left immediately once surroundings became apparent.
