The staff at the property were excellent. We enjoyed The Museum. The Riverwalk was beautiful, had interesting sculptures and scenery. However, Walking toward town from the property, many of the shops are empty and in disrepair for several blocks before reaching open businesses, so we felt unsafe walking through that area. We did not feel unsafe staying at the property. There is gated parking and cards for entering.

We had 2 rooms and the person at the check in desk was very acommodating. The breakfast is nothing out of this world but good enough in terms of variety. The hotel is clean and quiet, the rooms curtains however were a bit dirty. Beds were comfortable and the AC worked very well, as well as the in room cooler and Microwave.

According to the property, rooms reserved through ******* in the last few weeks are not guaranteed. So we are standing in the lobby while they look to see if they have a room for us. They said this is an ******* issue and *******’s fault.

They gave me the wrong room…no hair dryer and took 30 minutes to get one and had to ask twice. No coffee at breakfast and the bed was uncomfortable, not to mention I booked a King and all they said they had at check in was a standard room with two double beds.

Clean, comfortable, and easy check-in. Parking is gated, which was nice for keeping motorcycle secured.

Stayed here for Ironman race weekend. The staff was so welcoming and helpful. The Wi-Fi wasn’t reliable, but I’m sure there was a lot of traffic with the hotel being so full. That was the only moderate inconvenience. Comfortable beds and perfect location for the orientation of the race this year. Highly recommend. Thank you!
