Had to drive from Texas to Michigan due to flight cancellations and this hotel was a great stop for the night

There was an odd smell in the lobby and room. There was a tapping sound all through the night that kept waking me up. Maybe something with the water pipes or heat? The beds were ridiculously tall. I couldn’t just sit down on the bed and get in like a normal bed. I had to grasp the top and pull myself in. I don’t know how an older person would do it. The coffee machine wasn’t working but a staff member came along and fixed it. Breakfast was pretty mushy. The stay wasn’t unbearable but there were a lot of little things that added up. The staff was very nice.

There is nothing wrong with the hotel or staff, the bent over backwards to help, but Travelocity dropped the ball, and didn't send through the reservation.

Large clean room in quiet area with a choice of eating locations. we decided on Reba McIntyre's restaurant where we had great service, food and ambiance.

The property was really nice and clean and breakfast was good only thing negative is and it’s kinda a big thing the beds were so hard it was like sleeping on the floor they were nice and clean but so hard maybe some people like hard beds but I sleep on a purple mattress and I like soft beds
