WELL WHERE DO YOU BEGIN FIRST ITS IN THE SLUMS ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT LOCATION IS THE BEACH VIEWS…ROOMS OK REALLY OLD NEEDS UPDATE SHOWER AND BATHROOM DRAIN WERE MESSED UP MAINTENANCE HAD TO COME UP…THE PLACE SAYS “NO SMOKING”WELL OUR FLOOR #11 WAS NOTHING BUT **** SMELL…EVEN WORKERS BUT FRONT DESK LADY SEEMED JUST FLAPERGASDIC THAT THERE COULD BE THAT GOING ON IN HOTEL WELL I WILL GET SECURITY TIGHT ON THAT!!!!WELL SURE YOU BEST CK YOUR WORKERS…ALL I CAN SAY IS IF CHOICE HOTELS IS AFFILATED WITH BLUEGREEN THEN I SHOULD DEFINITELY GET MY POINTS ADDED TO MY ACCOUNT… BECAUSE I EXPECT MORE OUT OF THST COMPANY

It made me feel claustrophobic and my room. I also didn’t like it sad it had a diner but u get there n it’s closed. I don’t like that u can’t have an option to have a smoking or nonsmoking n you have to keep going outside where it’s not safe

Only stayed for one night, however, EVERTHING was excellent from check-in to check-out. The staff was warm, friendly, and helpful. The room was perfect; clean, warm, stocked, everthing working properly. Even the elevators were quick and efficient!

I was not notified about the water advisory in Atlantic city i used the water they not provide any bottled water or ice like others properties in Atlantic city i actually found out about at the hard rock this is totally unacceptable!

we had to leave after we opened up the shower curtain and saw a horrible deposit in the bathtub. We packed up and ran away. The manager was very professional and issued a full refund. Will not post a photo as a courtesy to the staff.

It was on the boardwalk so close to ******s but the room had sticky stuff all over the table hair on the floor in the shower and tv remote didnt work so just used my phone while in the room, also elevators were sketchy seemed in not great condition but front desk and security were nice though it was ok because its location but def not worth the $400 I paid for the room on New Years Eve.

I thought the kitchen and view were excellent for the stay
What i didn't like was no compensation for having to walk 15 floors down when elevator broke down
