The room was very small to move around in due to having 2 double beds that were very uncomfortable to lay on. It gets cold at night even tho they have a heating system but open cracks in the lower door brings the cold in. No closet, no hangers to hang clothes or coats up. Location needs a major upgrade with quality of sheets,towels ECT.. I recleaned just to feel a little more secured

I was not impressed with the hotel the room was very cold when we first arrived and it had a very odd odor. I would not recommend it to anyone.

We didn't have any issues with our room. Could it have been a little cleaner? Sure. It had heat and very hot water. We knew what we were getting into so our expectations were very low. You have to pay $20 CASH for parking which is a little ridiculous but w.e.

Exceptional service. The checking process was quick and flawless. The room was comfortable and warm. The staff was courteous at all steps. Would recommend!

Staff is friendly and helpful. Room was very nice and jet tub worked just fine. they made sure we had plenty of towels etc to make our stay comfortable. my wife and I will definitely be staying there again.👍👍👍

The man at the main office is extremely rude & they have moldy rooms. Very unsafe for people who have asthma. Most of the rooms don’t have heat. It’s a mess. They require a $250 deposit which doesn’t state when you’re booking.

FRONT-DESK yelled at us and wouldn’t let us check in after demanding a $200 deposit in cash. This was not listed on the terms when booking they were very rude through us out and refused to discuss the issue rationally.

Thanks to the night staff I forgot his name, on my first night Dec 12 2023, his friendly and always gives directions to wherever you will get something easily. Day shift guy need to learn more about customer approach. My 5night there was okay

It's a nice room, clean and comfortable, they just need to check their bathroom dispensers more often because mine were out of soap and body wash
