It was spacious and clean but the only thing was it wouldn’t let us on the balcony in the room ,we didn’t have enough towel for 6 people,and the cable (tv and remote ) needed update,and the bathroom faucet was leaking.

比較舊的酒店，雖然就設施都還好。臨近高速，比較吵。前台大叔太熱情，很能聊。早餐比較簡單。除了高速的噪音一切都還好。

This property was in need of some serious deep cleaning and upkeep. We had a room that had obviously had some water damage, bubbles in the popcorn ceiling, repainted sections, industrial fans in the hallway, garbage cans. The room had a ton of wear and tear and the mattresses the worst I’ve slept on in a long time. The bedding was very clean. Has the potential to be an awesome place with some renovations!

Im extremely dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your hotel.
Upon arrival on 3/1 at 4am EST, I was met with the most unprofessional and rude behavior from the front desk staff. Despite my efforts to remain polite and patient, the front desk person was very dismissive, unhelpful, and outright hostile. Not only was I told that there were no available rooms, but I was also informed that my reservation couldn't be located in your system due to it being booked through a third party.
DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL! The rooms were upmost disgusting! There were homeless people hanging out in the lobby and sleeping on the couch in the front area.

The customer service at the Staybridge was poor. The staffs were not friendly and not helpful, the front desk of Crowne Plaza was more helpful and more accommodating. I would book Crowne Plaza on my next trip to Atlanta. Staybridge staffs behaved like they were doing me a favor or the room came free.

From start to finish the stay was horrible. Check in was all over the place. I prepaid for parking, which they tried to charge me again. They had no regular parking only vallet . Before booking the hotel for my stay. I called to ask was the pool working and would it be working during the date of my trip. The front desk assistant stated yes. As their pool is always working. The worker stated that valllet was 24 hours. Which was not true. Our hotel had no hot water, and mold and water Damage. Will never stay here again.

Arrived at property person for check in could not find my booking # waited an hour and about 45 min finally got into room and door was wide open fridge made noise all night .

Great hotel and location. Yummy breakfast. Problem of street racing noise is a sad reflection on an otherwise wonderful city that I look forward to visiting again.

It’s a divided building w/ two different hotels. The Crown was warm and beautiful while the StayBridge was a second thought.
