great hotel. close to aquarium and coca-cola world. air conditioner is powerful. wifi is fast, while one of my devices cannot get connected though.

酒店有點年份，之前是叫Sheraton，改名了！前台很nice，bar也可以。

The hotel was good largely. We liked the pool. The hotel had sent all kind of texts to me starting from pre-checking and finishing with self check out. I found it annoying. The room was ok, the bathroom can be a bit cleaner. The area is Atlanta near the Georgia State university. There are empty streets after dark with some homeless people.

I have stayed at this hotel before and it continues to get worse and worse. First of all, it's OLD. It is outdated.Everything is worn in the building. The rooms are worn badly. The carpets have holes. They are not always very clean. I saw blood splatter on the door frame of the bathroom. One of my business friends found a large black bug in their room on this trip. The front desk is nice until you need something, then the answer is usually no. There is always attitude of some kind. Some rooms friends said plug-ins didn't work and hair dryers shot sparks. The Heat and AC unit didn't work well. Rooms too hot or too cold. They now charge $45 a day for parking (never used to). The restaurant is so-so. The bar is good, but never enough stuff. And the little grab and go cafe is nice. Everything needs longer hours being open there. For the charges they make you pay, you deserve so much better and can find better. I DO NOT recommend for business travel or for any travel for that matter. I fly over 150,000 miles a year and stay in dozens of hotels per year. This is always one on the worst. I sometimes don't have a choice in where I can stay, so often forced to stay in hotels I would never choose. Again, this is nothing new here. This hotel has been going down for years. It just keeps getting worse. I hope the event I go there for changes hotels....OR, this hotel get s a major facelift and fast.

There was no water in our rooms, so when we asked the front desk they told us to go to the water fountain in the fitness room. We even asked if there was a vending machine and they said no. We had to walk a mile at 2am to go to the nearest gas station. Our tv did not work. We could hear everything in the hallway even something as small as a cough. The front desk staff was just rude and not accommodating at all. I would never stay here again. The bed sheets were dirty and when we tried to call the front desk no one answered. The cleaning ladies had no idea what was going on in the hotel. Towards the end when we were leaving we found a working vending machine on our floor.

Great experience! Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was quiet and comfortable, plenty of room to move around. Bathroom and closet were good. Housekeeping was dedicated and accommodating. Shared microwaves were useful.
