Excellent! Great food, recreation, cleaness, employees provide great experience! It is expensive, but a great experience to enjoy with family and friends! It is near to Sao Paulo amd sometimes they offer some special discounts and affordable prices.

Great place! Convenient and lots to do. Several pools, green areas, massage, great gym. Kid’s place, concert area, great food and service. This convention center is very well located, near to São Paulo and Campinas and major highways. Great place to go with family.

O Batata era máximo! It was a great family experience! I will return! Just what we all needed - relaxing and fun for everybody! Pools, spas, water slides, food, entertainment, drinks, sun, volleyball, yoga!

Amazing - loved everything, amazing service, loved the recreadores specially tio batata e tio gafanhoto. Food was amazing , the rooms were spacious and the amazing hospitality from everyone Thank you to all the people from Taua for the amazing experience ❤️❤️❤️

This hotel has an excellent infrastructure for families, including a kitchen on every floor with everything from baby formula to fruits. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The acqua park is really incredible, lots of options for all ages, but specially for kids. It's safe, with life guards in every pool, even the really shallow ones. Lots of activties for kids over 3 which we unfortunately didn't use beucase my son was 2 at the time. We did do a family trivia on Sunday night which was pretty fun. The staff is amazing. There is a great variety of food but life every buffet on a hotel of this size, it's not the best taste. Many options but I personally prefer to order from a menu and have a fresh meal. The price is my main issue. It's ridiculously expensive, as all Brazilian resorts are. I went for a weekend and would really love to go back, as I loved the overall experience, but my bank account disagrees.

Very nice place to stay, good food, pools (cold and warm), nice rooms (only comment here is there are old and new rooms try to avoid the old ones), and an amazing internal acquatic park (with temperature control). gave 4 out of 5 because we had a not very pleasant experience with one of the acquatic park employees who called out my son by "japonese". I think this is definitely not the best way to threat guests looking at year 2022 !!!
