The place was very clean and comfortable, the location is perfect as is in the downtown with easy access to metro. At the same time it goes very quiet during nights

The Ciel Suites were a perfect base from which to explore Athens. Really great location. The reception staff were super helpful. The accommodation was excellent- very modern and clean. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it.

Great 2 night stay here. It’s very well located and although it’s on a very busy road you wouldn’t know when you’re in the hotel as it’s very calm and peaceful. The location is perfect for seeing the historic sights and only a short walk away from Plaka. The shower is powerful and the bed is very comfortable. The staff have been very lovely too - highly recommend :)

We attended my cousins wedding on the island of Paris and needed an Athens hotel on the way back! This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Athens- super cool modern hotel 🏨 in the heart of Ermou shopping street in Athens and steps from plaza and the Acropolis. The hotel staff were super accommodating and friendly! Super clean rooms…5 stars ⭐️ all the way!!

We had a wonderful stay. Best location, walkable to most attractions, super close to the metro, and surrounded by so many good restaurants. Inside our room it’s pretty quiet considering how busy the outside area is. The staffs are all super friendly and helpful. Many thanks!

Amazing stay at Ciel suites. We booked the terrace suite and it was beautiful and so lovely to have the private terrace to relax on.
Staff went above and beyond, would stay here again and recommend to anyone heading to Athens. Set midway between two metro stations, it was easy to access and walkable to all the sites.

Good for your 3 / 4 day trip to Athens ( which is all you need to see the sites). Good location & walking distance to most central sites. Lots of cafes, restaurants, bars & good shopping around if you want. We had a suite/ apartment which was tassteful decorated and had a lovely courtyard. If you want breakfast, you have to go out. My suggestion going forward would be to untilse the roof garden and serve hot drinks, juices & patisseries as a light breakfast. It would not cost you a lot to adapt it. The reception is manned 18 hours a day & Ilyas, one of the front of the house, was brilliant. His customer service was great. A real asset to the company. We would stay there again if we were to return to Athens, but unfortunately, we won't, but that is for another review.
