The staff is providing an excellent customer service to their guests. I have found the hotel to be a nice place for families, since there are parks for children and activities for them. In my experience, I got an excellent support from the staff.

The hotel is extremely nice and cozy. All the staff is friendly, the animation team is so energetic and friendly. Ms Yomna is a nice and a hospitable lady 💕. Highly recommended especially if you have kids, they’ll enjoy the aqua and Fun Valley. Thanks

Quick check in and friendly receptionist,Mr.Mohammed who was helpful and friendly. Thanks to Mahmoud from the housekeeping team who made himself available whenever needed. Youmna from the Guest Relations team checked on our experience consistently during the stay to ensure everything was going well. The dancing show on the pool and the stage was excellent and the kids were so happy. We were given a free points card to use the dinosaur 🦕 Park and was a great experience for the kids as well.

One of the best resorts ever I have visited in Egypt and red Sea. Very clean room. Welcoming staff. Nice food.lean swimming pools. Enjoyed the aqua park. Dinosaur park and the fun city. Around the clock busses to the beach. Night shows. All inclusive

Good family vacation to spend there as it is children friendly hotel and food was great bit the place to dine in is a little bit cozy and not too much varities to choose from beside thet the pool and aqua park were great and very safe for the children

The hotel is Super nice, has everything needed by the family... kids are so happy. Hotel is clean. Staff are super perfect. Very helpful... especially the Guest Manger Youmna who is very supportive, very welcoming and always available to support. We definitely will come again :) :) 😀

The worst experience ever ! The food was awful , people were licking the spoons to try the food and putting it back again in the plate ! I found poop on the floor of the pool bathroom ! Poop ! That never happened before ! On checking out the reception without any reason was saying u cant leave wizout telling the manager ! We checked out one day early we werent happy at all The reception told us that our pool restaurant check is around 3000 ! When we revised with him it was almost 1000 and he said sorry it’s a mistake ! That was so so so unprofessional The hotel has no beach they gave us a very very crowded bus to reach the beach which was awful, with small rocks that made it hard to swim or to even walk on the beach The kids pool was ok but it’s not huge as the fotos The big pool was horrible ! Horrible ! People were swiming in their clothes and no body told them not to ! It was so so so crowded , didnt seem to be clean The place is good for spending a day in aqua park not eating or sleeping or doing anything else
