The front desk approved a late check out
and then called and harassed us about getting out of the room before we’re charged another night. It was awful and when I called and asked for a follow up, the manager Maria did nothing and never responded. This was the absolute worst experience and I would never go back.

I loved the size of the room, the jetted tub worked perfectly - service was wonderful and breakfast had enough basic options as I’m gluten free and the eggs were good.
Coffee & creamer options excellent, good gym as well. Overall very satisfied.
Something to note: I would love to have at least 1-2 water bottles in room and also a robe. These are essentials when traveling for extra comfort.

The rooms were great and the jetted is so relaxing. Breakfast had a bunch of options and the staff was friendly.

Booked way ahead our planned trip. Room was right next to entrance/exit and reception on the first floor. Very noisy, tiny, smells bad. There were some leftovers in a fridge after previous guests.

Ashland is half way on our regular two day road trips. BW Windsor Inn has become our favorite: easy freeway access, flawless service and facilities, nearby restaurants, better than typical breakfast.

About as expected for 5, price friendly best western. Aging condition. Ask for rooms away from ice maker, not on the first floor unless you need to be ground floor (noisy ceilings) and away from stairs.
