I frequently stay at Gran Melia for work while in Arusha but this holiday season I am with my family and stayed in the junior suite, which is a much larger and more comfortable room - it was worth the extra cost! Especially having a toddler with us, the additional space with a kitchen and living room made the trip feel at home. The staff, especially the resident general manager, provided above-and-beyond customer service for our family. I have been to many hotels in Tanzania and the services provided at Gran Melia are the best bar none! Enjoy the breathtaking views of Mount Meru, coffee sourced directly from the hotel gardens and the beautiful decor made by the Sanaa Boutique which is walkable through the gardens. I would highly recommend this hotel for work, leisure and family stays!
Beautiful Lodge, Amazing Staff Lucy and Caroline made our stay at Njiro Legacy unforgettable. The service was top-tier, and they made sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the restaurant served the most delicious meals prepared by the chef. We also loved the swimming pool. Definitely a place to stay!
When I was there there was a slightly noisy water pump ( we were in a regular room and upgraded to luxury one where I did not have this problem) - should have brought my ear plugs. This issue may have been resolved but just in case, do remember to always travel with a good pair of earplugs! Just in case. The luxury rooms are most definitely worth it! If you can, try and snag yourself a deal on these rooms or simply pay the extra amount, especially if you are there for a short stay. For longer stays, the normal rooms are extremely good value for money. Lovely pool and location! Except the road leading to the venue is really rough. The service is outstanding though. Booking is a breeze, The quality of service and supervision is excellent. The evening meals are wonderful though you only get a buffet, which is really good value for money if you are a meat eater but not so much if you are a vegetarian. They nonetheless cater for vegeterians with spelendid selection every night. I'd definately go there again and higly recomend it.
The pillows are the most comfortable…felt like my own at home..the housekeeping is great too The food was really delicious…especially the curry and pizza…so satisfying…the service was good too and Brendu was amazing and of great help, always ensuring we get our food orders and buffet meals on time. The games ,water world were really good…kids had so much fun.Christmas carnival was well in. Will surely be back again
The time we spend with the family during vacation are the memories we cherish. It becomes much more special when everything falls in place. We met wonderful people during our visit to Serengeti. Itturned out to be the best especially because of the stay. The transit to the Venus premier was fairly relaxing, it is a well placed property in the Center of the city, with all amenities at easy reach. The staffs are welcoming. Like their hospitality. The Premium room where we stayed was spacious, bright and clean place. It’s well maintained and neat. Family loved the stay. The Indian food at the hotel kept us close to home. A huge thanks to Mr. Sathish, the guy to reach out for anything you need. His guidance helped us cover all the major side seeing locations around the property, The safari was a great experience. It was the first time experience for the kids. They dint want to leave 🙂. A huge thanks to the team Venus Premier. A special thanks to Mr. Sathish to take care of all our needs.
Ttoby975This hotel is in the centre of arusha you can get safari's from here (you will be swamped with guides) the coffee and food are not good at all but they seem to be friendly enough the rooms are very basic but good enough for a few nights while you sort yourself out and it is fairly central when you go out though you will be plagued with people trying to sell you safari's I went on seven different safari's unfortunately I was totally unimpressed with any of them apart from two a horse riding safari I arranged myself and a homemade motorbike safari I arranged myself they were excellent !
ผผู้เข้าพักThis hotel is very reasonably priced for the comforts on offer. The rooms are large. There is a full sized bath tub in the double room. Toothpaste, toothbrush and soap is offered. Hot water is available from 3am to 10 pm. There is a small restaurant. Don't be put off by the fact that it is down an unpaved path. The hotel is fine and the staff very professional.
