Ice machines, pool and hot tub broken. Front desk clerk and restaurant waiter poorly trained. Could not answer simple questions. Filed formal complaint with hotel chain's customer service,

Great accommodations! Pet friendly! Staff always happy and welcoming. Restaurant has a great choice of breakfasts (made to order) and dinner is always great as well!

5 night stay. Never used the pool but checked the water and it was warm, hot tub was colder than the pool though.
Breakfast is interesting, it’s a free breakfast coupon for the attached restaurant. The one downside is you have to go collect a coupon every single day from the front desk. They should just give you your entire trip’s coupons.
A couple fire alarms needed new batteries and were chirping in the halls. Also some alarm clock in a distant room was randomly going off every couple hours.

The room was clean and spacious. The Pool was my favorite part as it was clean and long enough to swim short laps, the a**osphere was relaxing because of all the greenery used to decorate the pool area...the pool was excellent! Breakfast was good and we enjoyed eating in the outdoor courtyard.

Terrible mattresses in room. Room not clean. Carpet worn and torn in room. Breakfast terrible- outsourced for burritos and set up table at check in counter. Overall not a good experience. Checked out after first night instead of staying 3.

This is a great place to stay - I travel for business a hundred and fifty days a year. I have stayed at several other locations in the Artesia market over the years and this one is the best!

We stay at this hotel frequently, although there are a number of hotels to chose from. We always have excellent service, friendly staff and a great selection of breakfast options from which to choose. We will continue to stay here often.

Quiet hotel with ample parking. Well lit and safe. Inside is beautiful with an atrium, pool, and patio area with grills. This hotel is great for business travelers, families, or couples. It really has everything.
