Our thanks to all the staff who helped make our stay pleasant, especially our thanks to: Adson, Andreia, Lucas, Wallace, Marta, Claudio and the Chef of the restaurant. Need to improve the quality of pillows and mattresses for single beds.

My heart sank when I saw this place which looks like a motel from the 1950s. We had to wait two hours to get into our room and when we did found it was almost literally on the edge of the swimming pool with no privacy. When I complained we were moved to another room with a better view. However, when I turned on the tap in the bathroom there was no hot water and the cold water ran straight through a broken pipe and flooded the bathroom and entry way. An employee came and fixed it and said he would get a maid to come and clear up the mess. She never came and we eventually cleaned up ourselves. The tap continued to drip for another day before being fixed. Otherwise it is a relaxed family place with a swimming pool and facilities for kids but not a four-star hotel by any means. The breakfast was good but the lunches and dinners were bland. It has a bar/restaurant across the road on the beach but the constant music blaring out from a giant loudspeaker means it is not the place for a quiet snooze or read. I´m not sure foreigners would feel at ease here as it is directed squarely at a Brazilian clientele.

Gostaria de agradecer a todos pela incrível estadia, em especial agradeço ao Ramon e a Maisa pela incrível receptividade e atendimento. Comida boa e limpeza ótima. Sugestão: a academia deveria ser sem agendamento e de livre acesso ao hóspede e ampliar o horário da cascata e sauna até um pouco mais tarde, pois as vezes chegamos do passeio mais tarde.

Estamos pela segunda vez no hotel e foi tudo maravilhoso, a comida, limpeza, e o atendimento que é excepcional e duferencial de todos os hoteis que ja fomos, agradeço o atendimento do Ramon que é muito profissional no que faz e de uma simpatia única, a mais também que é muito meiga e sempre disponível em atender, com certeza voltaremos. Atendimento nota 10 em tudo Recepção nota mil Cozinha maravilhosa, todos os pratos muito bem servidos e ótima qualidade. Cama muito confortável, tudo bem arrumadinho.. E deixar meus sinceros elogios aos atendentes Reinan, Rui, Cristiane, Simone, Rodrigo, Mauricio e as meninas da reserva que não me lembro o nome. Gostei tanto que fechei 1 diária a mais Indico de olhos fechados☺️

Se for nomear alguém estaremos sendo injustos, todos muito atenciosos, prestativos e amáveis. Café da manhã maravilhoso, jantar e almoço muito bom. E a limpeza dos quartos é excelente. Funcionários da recepção maravilhoso, todos, sem exceção!!!

excelente hotel, área de lazer muito boa para passar tempo com a família. excelentes funcionários, Reinan foi um dos recepcionistas atenciosos. Luau bem divertido, programação do hotel muito bem feita. voltaremos mais vezes principalmente por nos sentirmos muito bem acolhidos.
