Very nice hotel in a great location I just didn’t like the ac it’s very odd and if you aren’t moving or leave the room it shuts off and is hard to get it come back on

I loved that they had rooms set up for handicapped both physically, blind and hearing. Which was a first for me that was handy for me the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Check out day hot water limited for a day that started at 17 degrees answer from front desk yes we know it’s been like that for a while

Our room was right across from the front desk and was just too noisy other than that I thought it was okay. The bathroom wasn’t as clean as I expected and the shampoo was out. I would give it another chance though.

The rooms are clean and very spacious OK for my family getaway. The morning desk crew is extremely friendly! The evening desk crew might’ve been having a bad day.

This is an older hotel and could use a little updating but for the price it was perfect. The service was outstanding!!! Very friendly and helpful!

This hotel is a great value! Hotel is clean, rooms are spacious with fridge, microwave, stove, and utensils. Super close to AT & T stadium and in a great location in Arlington. I will defi itely rebook!

Friendly front desk staff. Room was comfortable for 2 people but definitely in need of cosmetic TLC throughout. Thermostat on the wall did not work; housekeeping explained that it was disconnected and showed us how to control the AC with the control panel on the unit itself. Bathroom garbage was not taken out prior to our check-in as evidenced by the diaper left in it. We would not patronize this hotel again.
