Tsamis Zante Suites - Adults Only

I wouldn't return to the hotel. Whilst the private pool was a wonderful amenity, I was not impressed with the room. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, poorly made when staff came to tidy and was far too low to the floor. The sofa in the corner was essentially useless as it was too small to fit 2 guests and was again too low to the floor. I hadn't appreciated the room was totally open plan and that my toilet was essentially in a glass cupboard. It made bathroom visits by me and my partner very unpleasant. The sun loungers throughout the hotel were dirty, we had to clean ours ourselves but were at least given a sheet to use as a cover when we mentioned this at reception. The first day of our holiday was wasted waiting for repairs to be done to our room (broken lock, broken lights around the bed, broken sun lounger base) to be made. The cleaners were nice enough but never tidied the room while we were out, it was always at around 4pm which made it so inconvenient to shower or relax in the room. Food at the hotel was very very disappointing. There was little greek food on offer and what there was, was really poor in flavour and quality. My supermarket makes better and compared to other greek hotels I've stayed in, it was just very bland. The fish in the restaurant was very expensive and certain steaks were not available for my partner to order. The vegan restaurant was not running so there were very few veggie options. And lastly staff took an exceptionally long amount of time to bring drinks. It was ok but I wouldn't want to go back.

3rd stay here (previously 2020 and 2022) and since last stay they have amalgamated the Suites with the original sister 4 star Tsamis Zante Hotel across the road under the Tsamis Zante Suites name … and this has impacted badly on the original Suites. It was great before the amalgamation as the Suites felt like a small boutique, quiet, luxurious offer. The original Suites now just feel like an appendage. Whereas before breakfast and dinner were served in its own small restaurant area, this has moved over to the original Hotel dining area. This has gutted the ambiance from the original Suites offer. There is no atmosphere in an evening in the Suites area and the alternative new offer over in the original Hotel has a large scale ‘all inclusive’ feel to it … certainly not the intimate and luxurious feel that the Suites had on its own. Overall this is not an improvement. Whilst the private pool suites are still fantastic and the staff very friendly and helpful, this change has fundamentally impacted negatively on what the original Suites offer was. I loved the Suites both times I’ve stayed before but was disappointed this time, and alas unless it reverts back to the original Suites offer will be sadly unlikely to return.

Although a little remote, this hotel was stunning. The whole vibe was very chic and chill out vibes. The staff were incredibly friendly and so helpful. There is nothing they couldn’t do to help, particularly Vassilis who was so kind and greeted us with a wave every time we saw him. We didn’t catch the names of all the reception staff, but they were also helpful, kind and welcoming. The food was simple but a good variety every evening (we were there for 10 days and there was little repetition in the main evening meals). Teas coffees and juices available in the morning, but if on half board and get dinner, you do have to pay for drinks with dinner including water. In terms of the facilities, the three main swimming pools were lovely and so many beds and loungers available, so never trouble getting one (it was beginning of the season so this may have helped). Having a suite with a private pool was a treat, so glad we did this as it was so lovely to have a private space as well as the main pools. There was no private beach as such, but a level down from the infinity pool there was a sandy/stony area with beds, and access to the sea was stony, so be warned! It was about 10 minutes walk to the local shop, a bakery was just up the road also and a few tavernas. We were glad to have a car to be able to get about. Even if some of the roads were questionable!!! Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again if in need of a chill out break.

Very comfortable, food absolutely fine without being exceptional. Staff first rate: outstandingly helpful, friendly and ready to help in any and every way. A most enjoyable week’s stay. We were pre high season, so masses of room for sunning, swimming and dining. Highly recommended.

Such a beautiful hotel. The decor is stunning, staff are amazing. It's quiet and serene, the perfect get-away. The rooms with the private pool are extra fabulous! Highly recommend. They are opening 2 new restaurants on site which will bring some variety to meal times. The pastry chef is a genius, we had to swim extra lengths to work off the delicious desserts.

Just arrived home from this hotel. We had a very nice time the hotel was very good large rooms, all bedding towels etc., were super quality and beds very comfortable. The rooms cleaned every day and always around the same time which we found great and the ladies did a wonderful job. The pools and the pool areas were cleaned every day and there was never a shortage of Sun beds . The food was edible but not very special, the only restaurant was OK but there was no access from within the hotel so we had to walk outside to access it fine until the evening it rained! The best thing about the hotel was the staff from the cleaning ladies to the bar and restaurant staff all superb nothing too much trouble and smiles from them all. All in all a pleasant experience.

Loved our stay at the Tsamis Zante Suites. It was perfect. The staff were fantastic. On arrival we had a welcome drink and could relax by the pool whilst the room was made available. Once available our bags were taken to the room and all of the hotels facilities explained. The staff could not do enough for us throughout our stay, especially the gentleman who was looking after the hotel store. We stayed in a superior suite with a balcony and it was perfect. The bathroom was open plan with a bath and separate shower. The balcony was spacious and was great for relaxing in an evening. We had a lovely view of the olive trees and the sea. The hotel is in peaceful surroundings. It is remote but that was perfect for us as we just wanted a relaxing holiday. There are a couple of restaurants nearby and the local town was a short 15/20 minute drive. We ate at Vardiola restaurant a couple of times and it was lovely. The hotel restaurant was buffet service and the food for both breakfast and evening meal was excellent. Service was good in the evening for drinks and we enjoyed eating by the sea. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend for you to choose this hotel to explore the amazing island of Zante.

We stayed in Tsamis Zante Suites for two weeks and I can honestly say that it was the best holidays we ever had so far and keep in mind that we have traveled a lot around the world. The location is ideal if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing holidays and if you decide to rent a car the location is perfect to explore both the south and the north side of the island since it takes about the same time. From the moment we arrived the staff was lovely and willing to help us with everything. They were quite attentive and always made us feel heard. The attention to detail was truly amazing. We had a suite with a sea view but the last few days we upgraded to a sea view with a private pool which was totally worth it. The food was amazing with special mention to the pastry chef because we had to swim extra laps for these desserts and the vegan restaurant for dinner was a hit. Highly recommend! We will definitely be coming back next year!

Fantastic service, fantastic facillities. The Hotel is spot on. We was staying in 8 nights, it was great. The only reason to is not 5/5 and 4/5 is because of the food. Not much variation and same breakfast and dinner…
