Seems to be pretty new and we didn’t have any issues. I just felt it needed more lighting around the property. It was very dark leading up to the hotel.

Great place but a little difficult to get to as the road and area is under construction. Everything spotless but elevator carpets need cleaning. The kitchen does run low on items for breakfast.

Beautiful faculties, comfy beds, pet friendly! This was our first road trip with golden retriever and the room was perfect for all of us!

This is a nice, new property. It's a bit hard to find at night (some lights on the road would help) but it's a good space. The best feature is the beds which were firm as opposed to the usual too soft mattress. If you need a firm yet comfortable bed and are traveling to Arkadelphia, this is where you want to stay.

room service was offered only every other day. Room was not very clean, and there were very few sundries...no body lotion...tissues ran out first day....had to go to lobby to get more. not enough cups provided for coffee or bathroom mouth rinsing. the walls were so thin, I heard a couple arrive at 2am...could hear every word they said next door.

The tub would not drain right and the air conditioning/ heat unit did a poor job controlling the temp in the room

Very clean, comfortable and incredibly helpful staff. First time in a long time I feel free to say that! Sometimes I feel customer service is a lost art. Actually friendly folks, clean rooms, good breakfast - well worth the price.
