Beautiful hotel in a very scenic location. The facilities are excellent and so was the breakfast. Very friendly staff as well.

Lovely boutique hotel with the best pool area in the whole island. Had a fabulous stay to celebrate our wedding anniversary and as it was end of the season it was not too busy and got an upgrade to gorgeous sea view room 🤩 Staff was very friendly and helpful all the way through. Breakfast was small but nice, pool bar served good quality food for lunch and dinner 😋
Loved the friendly cat’s and dogs wondering around so great bonus for pet lovers. Will be returning when new season starts. 5*

Beautiful hotel, couldn't fault anything, the location, grounds, pool area all lovely, the staff were great all of them were polite, helpful they couldn't do enough, the rooms were spotless and modern, breakfast was lovely good choice of hot and cold, the restaurant round the pool is a must, would recommend this hotel to anyone/ couples who want to get away from it all. We will definitely be coming back

Have just spent a week at the Thalassa being looked after by Gregg and his team. The hotel facilities are excellent with a very pleasant room being well maintained during the stay. The poolside area is delightful and the restaurant is excellent with plenty of choice amongst delicious dishes. The staff team, from Reception to Restaurant, to Housekeeping were simply excellent and cannot be faulted. They were lovely, helpful and engaging- a real pleasure to interact with. The hotel is in Lassi which is a functional tourist hot spot, not really our ideal location. This did not matter as we hired a car (Ace Car Hire - delivered to hotel, great service) and toured the beautiful island. At the end of each day we returned to the idyllic hotel and simply had a marvellous time. We will be back without doubt!

A great stay at a very friendly hotel. Nothing was too much trouble and staff were very helpful and obliging. The breakfast choice is epic with enough variety to satisfy most palates. The evening meals are beautifully presented . Everywhere was immaculately kept. Highly recommended.

Great hotel, comfortable rooms with breakfast and dining food fantastic. We had a swim up room, which was on the end of the line nearest the pathway and could have done with a few more privacy panels as everyone passing were very close and could see right into your room. Staff were delightful, hard working but gave you as much time as you needed and they all seemed to enjoy their work and gave the hotel a happy atmosphere.

The hotel is in a great location with the breakfast area overlooking the sea. Be aware that there is a new hotel being built (by the same owner) just in front of it. It doesn't detract from the view as it is at a lower level, but rooms at the front of the hotel may experience some building noise. The staff are the best resource here - all so friendly and helpful. The site is well laid out, with a great pool area, low rise blocks and pretty planting. The beds and pillows are comfy and the hotel is kept nice and clean. The breakfast is very good. It is 10 minutes walk to a good selection of tavernas, and about 30 minutes walk to Argostoli with its harbour and shops. It just dropped a star for me as there was no mattress protector and the sheets were too small so often moved. Also the swim up room we paid extra for was next to the carpark and could really do with some screening to make it more private. A suggestion to the hotel would also be to provide a minibus service into Argostoli. Even if it was charged for (at eg 1 or 2 euros) and ran say 3 times a day, I think it would be a great addition for this 4 star hotel. A lot of guests spend 8€ each way to Argostoli so it would be well used, I believe.

I have visited Thalassa quite a few times, and the hotel, management, and staff are excellent. This time last year, I was looking forward to my forthcoming trip. Oh, how I wish it was this year. Over the years, the hotel and surroundings have become even more beautiful. Last year, even though they had building work being completed, which was delayed due to horrendous wet weather they had experienced, it didn't affect our week. If you are due to visit soon, you won't be disappointed, in fact, the opposite . Can't wait till I come back and see you all, maybe next year. Have a great summer xxx

This hotel truly enhanced our holiday experience. If you desire luxury, look no further than this hotel. The staff is exceptionally friendly and always available to assist. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options to suit everyone's tastes. The pool and bar are impeccably clean, and the sun lounges are incredibly comfortable. The rooms are spacious, with fantastic power showers. We stayed in a ground floor room facing the pool. I must give recognition to the F&B manager, Greg. He is a true asset to the hotel, and I believe that without him and his team, the hotel would not be as exceptional.
