Beautiful hotel in a very scenic location. The facilities are excellent and so was the breakfast. Very friendly staff as well.

Lovely boutique hotel with the best pool area in the whole island. Had a fabulous stay to celebrate our wedding anniversary and as it was end of the season it was not too busy and got an upgrade to gorgeous sea view room 🤩 Staff was very friendly and helpful all the way through. Breakfast was small but nice, pool bar served good quality food for lunch and dinner 😋 Loved the friendly cat’s and dogs wondering around so great bonus for pet lovers. Will be returning when new season starts. 5*

Beautiful hotel, couldn't fault anything, the location, grounds, pool area all lovely, the staff were great all of them were polite, helpful they couldn't do enough, the rooms were spotless and modern, breakfast was lovely good choice of hot and cold, the restaurant round the pool is a must, would recommend this hotel to anyone/ couples who want to get away from it all. We will definitely be coming back

Returned from this lovely hotel today, already missing it. Beautiful hotel, great attention to detail, lovely friendly staff. Wonderful pool area. Stayed half board great selection of food morning and evening. Very large room over looking the bay on the top floor. Stunning. Immaculately clean inside and out. Yes there is building work on a new hotel outfront, this is at a lower level, so did not interrupt the view or make loud noise at all, didn't interfere a.m pm or eve. No problem for us at all. We'll be back. A wonderful relaxing stay

We stayed here for 8 nights. It is a beautiful hotel. Our room was excellent, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Very good water pressure in shower. Lovely toiletries, coffee and tea and even a Nespresso machine. Fresh bottled water every day. The housekeeping staff were excellent and very friendly. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice and a lovely outside covered area to sit with stunning views. The waiting staff were very polite and friendly. The pool area was very good, 2 pools to swim in, lots of sunbeds available. We didn’t visit the pool bar but it looked very good. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The views from the hotel are spectacular. The hotel and it's staff are second to none. Truly exceptional and exceeding our expectations. From the minute we arrived we were made to feel at home. Everything about this hotel is first class. My wife and I have had an amazing holiday. Thank you to everyone at Thalassa for their kindness, humour and attention to every detail.

We enjoyed a week at the Thalassa hotel in late May, with lovely sunny weather, just right for a mixture of sightseeing and relaxing with a good book by the pool. The room was comfortable and clean, the restaurant staff very pleasant and helpful, and the food of a very good standard. Plenty of comfy sunbeds to choose from. A hire car would be useful, especially if going B&B and exploring further afield to places to eat in the evening. It was only a few minutes into Argostoli by bus or taxi (10 euro each way by taxi, 2 euro pp by bus). There were, however, a number of buts . . . If you are a big eater, the portion size may be disappointing, and the charge of 7 euros for each side dish (potatoes, veg) was unexpected when on half-board. Several choices were frequently unavailable (see photos), resulting in dinner becoming a rather repetitive affair. Like much of Greece, there are a lot of diseased-looking feral cats roaming around, and more effort could be put into excluding them, and the hygiene issues that result from them sitting on restaurant tables and chairs. A new wing of the hotel is currently under construction, gradually obscuring the sea view, with some noise disturbance. The room categories are confusing (superior, deluxe etc) and my side sea view superior room was possibly the worst on site, with the side sea view (if you stepped off the patio) disappearing behind the new wing. I’d requested an upper floor but was told ‘superior’ rooms were all on the ground floor. This spoilt the holiday as we could not enjoy a balcony, and had to keep doors closed because of the cat issue. The sharp-edged glass basin was a health and safety nightmare if any elderly guests had slipped on the wet bathroom floor. I’m currently waiting for a response from #Jet2 about these issues. We paid an extra £250 per person for half board, and racked up another £300 in modest water, wine and side dish consumption. Tourist tax was almost £50. If I went again, I would ensure if was an upper floor room, and book for just B&B, saving the £800 difference for a hire car and eating out at good tavernas with a varied menu.

Had the best week at this hotel from start to finish. The hotel was amazing in a great location to bars, restaurants and an amazing beach. The room was clean and practical but also luxurious. The staff were all kind, friendly and could not do enough to help you. We would recommend the hotel most definitely.

This beautiful boutique is the perfect getaway paradise for a week away. The hotel, rooms and staff were amazing. We checked in very late on the first night and they gave us an upgrade to a sea view room and also helped us order a takeaway dinner for delivery. During our stay Carla was very helpful in accommodating us. She suggested a lovely restaurant for a bday celebration and organised champagne & cake on short notice at breakfast. The pool area was spacious and had sun loungers available. This hotel is a short distance walk to Lassi main road which has a variety of restaurants and excursion places. There is a huge beach within a 10 mins walk too. Breakfast was delicious and had a good mix with excellent views. Bedroom was very spacious and clean. On a couple for the nights they also had some entertainment which provided a good atmosphere for pre dinner drinks. Lastly, I would’ve hoped they had an iron for us to use but instead we had to pay their laundrette service to iron a few items. This was due to their safety policy.
