Such a lovely place with a very well managed team but it was disappointing that there were not enough of the team available to order drinks in the buffet restaurant or to ensure a good service in Picco.

just spent ten days at this hotel we had a family room which was spacious for two of us. Room was very clean and serviced daily .All amenities were first class and everywhere was immaculately clean with staff hoovering the pool and checking water quality daily. Breakfast had an amazing selection of different dietary options probably one of the best we have had . We were bed and breakfast so cannot comment on evening meals. Sadly the hotel lets itself down on two counts for a four star hotel. We arrived after a delayed flight with further delay with the transfer so were tired and thirsty. We were not offered a drink and there is no water dispenser in the foyer. On reaching the room not even a bottle of water in the fridge. As there is no kettle in the room we would have had to go to the pool bar for a drink if we had not bought our own kettle, cups and tea and coffee. I also feel that for a four star hotel to charge three euros a day to use the room safe is penny pinching in the extreme

fantastic early may week break,the staff were fantastic,we stayed B&B which must say the breakfast buffet was fantastic,the rooms were very clean,massive comfy beds everything was great,very clean pool,staff fantastic,lunch around the pool is very nice,we had the buffet one evening that also was fantastic value for money.. yes we would stop again..10/10 hotel...

Excellent hotel, great choice of food, clean, well maintained hotel. Lovely family suite rooms. No fighting for loungers, plenty of space in the pool. Friendly staff. Good if you want a chilled pool holiday in the sun.

Brilliant hotel, our fourth trip and it never fails to deliver. Location is excellent as long as you do not want nightlife locally, entertainment at hotel is generally good, mainly vocal. Food is very good with lots of. choice although being a buffet could be warmer on occasions. Staff are brilliant, nothing is too much trouble, rooms clean & comfortable with excellent shower & aircon. Super pool (some guests (all nationalities!) reserve beds un-necessarily which is ignored). Very easy stroll to small beach with cafes and also 5 mins to bus stops. Overall a very relaxing location but please don’t go because we love it as it is, not too busy!!

Fantastic hotel, clean room with large beds, friendly staff and great facilities. The self-serve buffet meals were incredible with a very large choice and variety of appetising food. It’s a great hotel and we would definitely return.

Nice room we were moved to a room with the pool view which was great. Good transport link to Ciuedella (town) The breakfast would be much better if they provided pork alternatives a huge variety of meat for those who eat pork. Hotel staff were very nice and helpful. Definitely would visit again.

Fabulous hotel, friendly staff, excellent location. Spotless room and breakfast was amazing. Right beside the beach and a 20 minute walk to Ciutadella. Cala Blanca is a 10 minute walk. Bike hire available at hotel and they can arrange moped hire for you.

We went 1st week October 23, weather sunny and hot. Hotel far from full at this time so not crowded and plenty of sun loungers under an extensive canopy. Rooms basic but clean, although no kettle, but I had realised this and took my own. The only 2-pin socket which fit my adaptor was in the bathroom, but was sufficient for kettle and phone charging. Staff on reception very friendly and helpful, supermarket immediately opposite hotel entrance, only 10 mins in a taxi to Ciutadella as there is no resort centre in Santandria. Pool bar brilliant, varied menu, and open til late. My only real gripe was the stone-cold food at breakfast and dinner from the buffet but fish, omelets, etc would be cooked to order. Two cute beaches yards from hotel, down a flight of steps, easy to navigate. All in all, a pretty good hol and would recommend Prinsotel.
