호텔에서 무료로 제공되는 물 한병도 없는곳은 처음입니다. 생수가 필요하면 구매해야 합니다. 객실엔 컵도 없고, 치약 치솔도 없습니다. 냉난방기는 소음이 심합니다.

Had a not so good experience. Our reservation was not showing in their system. We were asked to pay again. We contacted a virtual agent at ******* where not helpful either. After 3 hour wait we decided to book another room directly with the hotel. So we doubled payed. Bad experience with ******* and the hotel.
