Luke warm water for two mornings and cold water no hot water at all in third morning only response from hotel desk on the day there was cold water only was you could have called and we could have tried to fix it, hard to do when you are trying to take a shower. Needs new furniture in lobby area ripped, worn, and torn chairs. No rooms were ready when check in started lots of people waiting. But was a clean place, convenient to many restaurants and locations in Cary and quiet.

The hotel is older and my room had an odor (dogs/urine) that i noticed when i walked in.
Then in the morning, there was no hot water. It was finally restored at 8 am, when everyone who worked was leaving.

Stay was great. Rooms are very clean. Service was exceptional. Breakfast was outstanding. My only complaint, if you want to call it that, was the hotel needs some updating. You can tell the carpets, curtains, etc are outdated.

The room was clean and the breakfast choices were good. My only complaint was that the room was HOT! I was on the fourth floor and had the temp set at 68° yet the room temp was 73°. No working ice machine on floor 1 or 4. I literally walked down to the third floor to finally find a working one.

The computer did not work in the business section. I had asked the front desk not to have someone clean my room and they came in anyway.

My room was very clean but had an odor that i couldnt kill- even after buying candles to help. To be fair, I dont think this room was used often- it was on the top floor at the end of the hall. It took some time for the water to get 'hot' and the bathoom had no exhaust fan. Location and parking was great. Employees were very pleasant. That odor just ruined it for me. I wont be coming back.

Great location overall, room was a bit tired, stains on carpet, bathroom fixtures dated… cleaning staff left equipment in halls throughout day, but overall very reasonable price, friendly staff
