Das Hotel liegt extrem ruhig mit herrlichem Blick auf den Allersee. Das Interieur des Standardzimmers ist sehr ansprechend mit viel Stauraum und bodentiefen Fenstern. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und das Bad optimal gestaltet. Die Isolierung ist hervorragend, man hört keine Geräusche aus den anderen Zimmern und vom Flur. Das Personal ist sehr jung und freundlich. Das Essen lecker, wenn auch verbesserungswürdig (Bowls). 20 Minuten Fußweg zum design Outlet und zur Autostadt. Der kostenlose Parkplatz ist sehr begrenzt und wird auch von Nicht-Hotel-Gästen benutzt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Nice central location, huge rooms, great outdoor terrace (although it does need some weeding!) We really enjoy our two nights here. The only area of improvement would be the addition of a washing machine, otherwise, all good!

คนจีนไม่มีรองเท้าแตะและแปรงสีฟันเพื่อทำธุรกิจ และเสร็จสิ้นในเยอรมนี . มีค่าธรรมเนียมที่จอดรถ และดูเหมือนว่าจะเป็น 9 ยูโรต่อคืน . ทำเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม ห่างจากสถานีรถไฟและถนนคนเดินเพียงหนึ่งก้าว ไม่ขับน่าจะสะดวกมาก! ห้องนั้นแปลกเป็นพิเศษ มีลานกว้างนอกหน้าต่าง หันหน้าไปทางหน้าต่างห้องอื่น คนไข้ที่ถูกย่องเหมือนผมทำได้แค่ดึงม่านออกตลอดเวลา แผนกต้อนรับสามารถให้บริการธุรกิจแพ็คอาหารเช้า และคุณสามารถรับประทานอาหารเช้าแบบง่าย ๆ เวลา 5 นาฬิกา บริการนี้ดีจริงๆ ห้องอาบน้ำและห้องส้วมในห้องแยกจากกันและความสะอาดดี

The reception staff were very nice and attended to all my needs during my stay. The room design is well planned and with plenty powerp outlets. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The pillows and comforter were perfect, just like being at home.

We stay at the high-end luxury hotels regularly. When you pay a high room rate and it’s a 5 star hotel you expect service I’m not saying this is not a good hotel only there is some room for improvement. Check in was not what we expected from past Ritz stays. Nobody in front of the hotel. Nobody to help with luggage or to park the car. We went in and the employee at the front desk was friendly. We had to ask for luggage assistance and valet parking though. Not what you would expect! (the Ritz in Berlin knows how this works so maybe they need some education) The room was very nice. Large layout with a very good balcony. The view was nice (both in the day and in the evening/night) Large bathroom and large shower. No bath tube (which was ok) The balcony had a large table with chairs so you could eat and drink wine on the balcony. Also large chairs for relaxing and the privacy was better than expected. The bed is comfy, I always sleep like a baby in The Ritz. The location is right in the center of autostadt. Very nice and the park is also good for evening walks. We enjoyed the park very much. Very clean. We had dinner on one night. The food was ok but not 5-star quality. The pricing was 5-star quality. Value for money is not in balance. The pool was great. Water temperature was a big plus (coming from hotels without pool heating) the view is nice. The service in the spa is above and beyond. The ladies working there are the best. Breakfast was good. Quality of the food is high. Most of the waiters are very friendly and pro-active. There was one guy who comes to mind. He stood above the rest with regards of proactive service. Very good coffee. Check out was better than check in. The manager reacted pro active on our comments. I will not say complaints though it was not the Ritz experience I’m used to.

โรงแรมเก่า แต่เป็นมิตรกับลูกค้ามาก รับฟังคำขอที่สมเหตุสมผลทั้งหมด โฟล์คสวาเก้นอยู่ใกล้และมีกรีนมากมาย ทำให้ภูมิทัศน์แบบเยอรมันทั่วไป อาหารเช้าดี ที่จอดรถฟรี มีอินเตอร์เน็ตไร้สาย อากาศในห้องไม่ดีเนื่องจากการระบายอากาศไม่เพียงพอ

หากคุณพักค้างคืนในเมืองนี้เป็นโรงแรมที่ดี ทำเลที่ตั้งดีมาก บริเวณโดยรอบเงียบสงบ และมีร้านอาหารดีๆ มากมายในบริเวณใกล้เคียง ถ้าคุณเคยพักที่นี่ คุณจะไม่ได้เลือกโรงแรมอื่น

Vom Personal übers Zimmer und die Sauna war alles ausgezeichnet. Wir hatten das 5 Gänge Menü im Restaurant und es war himmlisch. Dazu noch eine klasse Weinempfehlung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder…. Vielen Dank für das schöne Wochenende.
