Wonderful property and very charming rooms with remnants of old Spanish art and architecture. The food in their restaurants was absolutely delicious. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. About a 5 minute walk to "central park". We loved our stay here!

Very nice spa like property and was able to get an early check in however TV didn’t work because of signal which the staff knew about but didn’t tell us until we brought it up to them
Otherwise property was very clean and the room was lovely. I wish I had more time there to utilize the spa services available
Uber was easy to get to go places
This location is not on the plaza square

Pensativo is beautiful! The interior is stunning and so are the rooms. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed our down time at the hotel when we weren't out exploring.

I LOVED this property and staff. Only thing is certain amenities are located at sister property but it was a quick free shuttle over. The spa was beyond amazing. Loved everything about my stay and will be back.

Find peace and relaxation as soon as you walk in. I fell in love with my room and how easily access it was to the restaurants and bars.
