The property is centrally located in a safe area with many restaurants nearby. The hotel is staffed extremely nice people. Beautiful central garden area.

Lovely place , we stayed there for a week ... I traveled with my husband and our 2 teenagers and we had a great time ... we did a lot of hiking so it was nice to get back to a clean and peaceful place to rest and re charge for the next adventure ... The staff was extremely nice and accommodating .. we definitely recommend this hotel.

A fantastic location, just steps from the central plaza and the Cathedral. The staff is excellent -- friendly and very helpful. They helped arrange transportation to and from the airport, and provided a to-go breakfast for a super-early departure. The daily breakfast was superb, and the view of the volcano from the terrace, delightful! The rooms are on the smaller side, by US standards, but very comfortable nonetheless.

Lovely location. Amazing views. A bit cramped and the breakfast options are limited for vegetarians. It would be great if the management would review what's offered in Costa Rican hotels of similar class and offer the same. Beans and rice instead of eggs. Corn tortillas instead of bread. Grilled tomatoes. These would be simple changes that can help the product.

We had a fantastic overall experience at the hotel. I just need to mention that the nearest paid parking lot is 3 blocks away, it may be an inconvenience if you have a car.
As soon as we arrived the receptionists was expecting us, by name. The hotel felt more like a House than a hotel. The saff was very nice and helpful at all times. Breakfast was very good. The hotel was conveniently located and transmitted a sense of originality. Beds were comfortable, rooms were great. The view from the terrace was very good. The staff keeps the exterior door lock at night but you can always "ring the bell," staff is very watchful and attentive.

Hotel is in the middle of everything good in Antigua. Plenty of restaurants, bars, tourism. The hotel staff was super helpful, even arranged transportation for my friend and I to the airport for $40.
