Appartement propre. beau et insonorisé., non fumeur , avec un jardinet , vous pouvez profiter du beau temps , 2 baies vitrées un côté chambre et l'autre côté salon .
Ayez tout de même envie de marcher dans de longs couloirs et prendre un ascenseur, avec une bonne explication à votre arrivée, ce ne sera pas compliqué .de trouver votre appartement.

Decent stayover while attending a conference in Sophia Antipolis. Room was acceptable. The kitchenette was slightly flimsy but usable. My main concern is the distance to public transport, it's slightly inconvenient as opposed to other facilities nearer to centre commercial.

For the area that the property is in and the price we paid I have no complaints. You won't get 5 star luxury for £250 a week, however it has everything needed, small kitchenette is a great asset, balcony nice to sit out on. Nice staff, easy parking. This was our second stay and I would certainly stay again if travelling on a budget.

Do not order here. Waste of money. Swimmingpool, Rooftop terrace, restaurant/cafe/breakfast room is all closed. Aircondition is shut off, because it is winter in France now, but for me, who comes fra Norway it is not winter when it is 20 degrees and sunny outside. I have bitemarks from bugs all over my body. I was here for the European Karate Championship and was going to stay here for 7 days, but after 5 days we checked out and moved to Nice.

The hotel and the room had the worst smell we’ve ever smell. Literary an escalation of smell of mold and spoiled food! DISGUSTING. I would never come back in the structer, even if it would be for free! Worst park hotel of my life
