Hasan เจ้าของโรงแรมมีบริษัทที่ทํางานของเขาได้ถูกต้องแต่มีบริษัทที่ทํางานของเขาได้อย่างถูกต้องจริงๆ เขาให้ห้องที่เราต้องการเป็นผู้ช่วยเมื่อเขามามือ ทุกคนที่ทํางานที่โรงแรมสนใจช่วยเหลือและหัวเราะมาก ห้องพักสะอาด อาหารเช้าแบบบุฟเฟ่ต์แบบเปิดและสระว่ายน้ําสะอาด ประวัติลูกค้าของโรงแรมเป็นสถานที่ที่เหมาะแก่การฟังหัวเพราะเงียบสงบ ขาดเหลืออยู่ (ไม่มีอาหารเย็น) แต่ดีจนลืมได้เพราะทําในสิ่งที่ทําได้ครบถ้วน เค้ามีชากาแฟให้เราที่บาร์ใกล้สระน้ําและเค้าก็ไม่ต้องทําด้วยซ้ํา โดยส่วนตัวเรามีความสุขมากเพราะเรารู้สึกถึงความจริงใจของพวกเค้า เราจะเสนอสิ่งนี้ให้กับทุกคนเราต้องการคนที่ทําหน้าที่ได้อย่างถูกต้องแตกต่างจากธุรกิจที่เน้นเงินทุนอื่นๆ หวังว่าเค้าจะมาสถานที่ที่ดีกว่าเพราะธุรกิจวิถีทางเค้าเปิด ขอบคุณมากสําหรับทุกอย่าง

Well.........all i can say is read the previous reviews. We booked the holiday on the basis of the nice pictures and area, what a big mistake. The photos are of the decent areas of the complex, they do not show the true story. Dont get me wrong, my wife and myself enjoyed our week there however there is a not a lot to do unless you travel out of the area, the road its on has shops/supermarkets. tour operators and other hotels. Hotel....very tired and needs shutting down for at least 4 months while they renovate/decorate it. Pool area in serious need of retiling and the plastic *****s replacing, an accident waiting to happen, one chap cut his food on the side of the pool on such plastic *****. Food......very samey, soup nice however there is no labelling whatsoever on what your eating and definately no allergy advice. I'm not a fussy eater but some days i just had soup then rice/mash and a chicken burger. All inclusive....dont go there......red/white wine which wasnt good at all or low strength lager, no spirits whatsoever, you cant even purchase any unless you get some from the supermarket next door. Hours from 11am till 10pm which is rubbish as the kids club starts at 9pm for approx half hour so you only have 30 mins left till closing time. Entertainment was basic, singer/bingo and a belly dancer. If you're Russian or Turkish, you'll understand what theyre saying, very little English fluent speaking staff around so a bit frustrating. Wifi...not free....10 euro for 1 device for the stay. Best thing was the massages which we purchased....they were excellent, a young Turkish lad and a very nice russian blonde lady who were extremely professional. Rooms...very tired and to some, dangerous. The shower leaked into the toilet area every time we showered and had to squeegy it down the drain. Mattresses are poor, dirty and need replacing. Maid service non existant, didnt get our sheets/towels replaced at all, just the bins got emptied. Our room (216) backed onto waste ground which housed a dozen or so cockrells/chickens which start to be noisy about 4am then about an hour later, the call to prayer from the mosque starts and thats quite loud. All i can say is do your research and make your own decisions.

Family-trip, we stayed at the hotel over a weekend. The hotel has a old style and gives a really worn-down inpression. When we checked-in NO LIGHTS inside the hotel where working. Looked like a power-failure and we had to use a flashlight to locate our room. Wi-fi is only free in the lobby. But the quality and speed of this ”free” wifi is horrible. Check-in takes way too long, and we were the only ones at the desk the whole time. A lot of paper-signing, seems out-dated. It was OK that there was a person from the staff showing us some parts of the hotel. But she spoke moslty Russian and not English. Which brings me to... only Russians at the hotel. All the staff spoke either Russian or Turkish. At night it was disco (rusisan songs) and very loud at day time by the pool. Would NOT recommend for familys. Rooms are OK/but looks old and out-dated. And NO roomservice (making up bess etc.) came during our stay. This is NOT good enugh. A small balcony was nice, but dirthy. Bathroom was small, no were to leave your tolilet bags etc. The big pool was often overcrowded, and the water slide was not working. Someone from staff fixed it after sime time, but again... overcrowded! Both adults and children used the slide 2 and 3 person at the same time. With NO SUPERVISION from staff. This is really dangerus! There seemed to be no staff supervising the pool, making it risky. Food. Genrally this was all inclusive. But the main dining area was too small when all the guest arrive at the same time. A BIG let down that after just 30 minutes they had no more chicken as they were ”empty”. At breakfast only fried eggs, no other options. Also orange juice machine not working the whole time we were there. Hello? This is not acceptable. Plates was dirthy and no knife or fork easy available. Food looked generally fresh and tasted good. But there were no system and rude guests who did not respect standing in line. The whole dining experience felt rushed, like a battle. Staff was generally ok, but not very fortcomming and only shook their head when we asked for something. Also tried the traditional massage/spa. It was nice and OK price, but again, it looked a bit worn-down. This hotel needs renovation! Also, whats with the closing the bar for drinks at 22? This led to huge lines and a lot of people at the bar judt before closing. I wouldnt really recommend this for families. The evning show looked like a rave party. Extremly loud music. The hotel beach is about half a km walk. Signs are poorly placed, making it hard to find. Beach cafe did not take card. The place looked shabby sadly. A small worn out shower, and a hose (!). There were some walk-ways Just lying on the sand leading directly to the sea. Again, some renovation would help! Build some sort of elevated walk-way like the beach-hotel on the other side. Where you could jump and climb etc. Overall, this place is sadly not very ”magic”, seriosly needs renovation, and we will not stay here again.

I strongly recommend this hotel at this price point. If you expect for your vacation; good customer relationship, almost 7/24 open restaurant and bar, good Turkish cousine, quality coctails, wonderful beach and sea, clean rooms then here is the right place for you. I stayed alone for 6 days and never get bored. They have great entertainment crew. Special thanks for Oğulcan and Dj Sebastian.They are the best. You can join daily activities at hotel such as pool parties, karaoke nights, beach volleyball, Turkish nights. Also you should attend to night club tours to maximize your Kemer experience.
