The staff were very unprofessional and tried to hit on us, some didn’t take no for an answer until we had to leave. Do not go as foreign women because they will try to exploit the fact you know nothing. ON TOP OF THAT: - toilet didn’t flush properly - shower was mouldy - fridge was plugged in to a faulty socket with live exposed wires making it and everything nearby extremely not - lied about having a gym on their website - we had to pay for internet (never heard of this at a hotel - maybe it’s common i don’t know) - when we arrived there was only one pillow between 3 beds do not go here if you’re travelling without a man; plus bad hygiene. Belpoint Beach Hotel nearby is much better

This gotta be the worst Hotel I have ever been too it really is a nightmare like seriously there’s is nothing positive to say about this hotel even the beach sucks it’s stones everywhere and the food I don’t even wanna talk about how dirty everything was and seriously we did not eat one meal that was good we do not recommend you to consider this hotel it’s just disgusting and should be closed for a long time ago and to say that it’s a 4 star hotel is a big joke maximum 2 star hotel that’s what it deserves i feel sorry for everyone who works there the staff was nice but overall I don’t recommend this hotel in any kind of way

This was our 4th time in Turkey and we always use economy hotels for similar prices and we never expect too much but always were happy, but this hotel was a nightmare. It was all inclusive hotel but there were no food at all. They serve only salad dry pasta and rice and they serve same food few days in a row so next day it even has a bed smell. Restaurant has terrible smell from a kitchen, no idea it was a drain or what. Every second day they grill some chicken which is limited to 2 small pieces for an adult and 1 piece for a child and after 30min dinner or lunch time there is no food left at all. They have 2 bars which are empty, no any drinks at all just limited amount of a beer and vine and the same gets over in a half of a day. Room service comes every second day and does nothing does not change towels, just wash a toilet with a shower and leaves loads of water on a toilet and a floor. There are cockroaches everywhere in a pool are in reception restaurant and even toilets. Was complaining about a situation to a hotel management each day, but nothing done, they just smile and say it’s all ok. They say hotels is renovated, but it has only building walls painted, shower stinks and looks like from second world war. STAY AWAY from this hotel !!! The only bright side is a location which is wonderful, on a beach front and surrounded by mountains.

I have been a lot of times in Turkey but I have never been in such a terrible hotel before. First of all there is no normal food. Only a bunch of salad, some rice and plane pasta. You only get meat every few days and it is not cooked properly. Half of the food stinks. If you don’t come at the start of breakfast, lunch or dinner you don’t even get to eat. The bar is always empty. They bring a few bottles of cola or fanta and it runs out very quickly. On snack time they only serve one pie and if you come five minutes after the start of snack time you don’t even get any. The smell that comes from the kitchen and in the restaurant is terrible. Also the smell in the toilets is also horrible. The other terrible thing was that there were cockroaches everywhere- near the pool, in the toilets, in the kitchen and in the lobby near the reception. There is no normal room service. The shower stinks. They don’t change your towels or anything and don’t even clean the room just makes the beds. ❗️ I would NEVER recommend this terrible hotel to anyone ❗️even though it’s located in a beautiful place. I can’t understand how this hotel has 4stars. I would max give it 1star.

Sakın sakın sakın... Paranızı sokağa atın denize savurun daha iyi. Yorumları okuyunca az bile yazmışlar otel motel değil orası girdiğimiz gibi çıktık. Kokudan pislikten hala kendime gelemedim. Bu yıldızları kim veriyor anlamadım. Hiçmi denetim yok ruhsatı varmı bilmiyorum. Varsa nasıl almışlar. Detay giremeyeceğim üşendim uzun uzun yazmaya ama lütfen yorumları dikkate alın gelmeyin.
