Do not go girls! It’s is not safe This hotel should be shut down, it is unsafe for female travellers. Not a word of English spoken and doors do not lock from inside!

I've just left this terrible hotel which it says is 4 stars, but I it doesn't worth rating even 1 star. I usually don't complain about hotels, but it's such an awful hotel with no standards at all, I felt as if I was in a hostel and we were treated as refugees with all my respect to refugees. 1. No organisation or management for anything. 2. Bad conditions in the room with out-of-date furniture and some were broken or not working. 3. The bathroom was full of mould and the door was rotten. 4. The weather was boiling up to 35 degrees and without AC in the reception or in the restaurant. 5. The food was the same every day and the same for lunch and dinner. Plain pasta, potato and couscous all the time and only one dish was rotated. There was no meat or fish at all and I saw small pieces of chicken once and we were given one piece per person plus some food wasn't cooked properly. Also, there was no dessert at all and they ran out of drinks and the bread most of the time. The queue for food was exactly like refugees and taking long time. 6. Spare food trays were left on the table for refill and always was was cold. 7. Managers start eating the meal before the customers. 8. I had to change my room to another but there was a little difference. We booked as 3 adults, but there was only one towel in the toom and I had to chase them for 2 days to bring more towels and toiletries to us but the towels given to us were filled with stains, really disgusting. 8. The pillows also were with stains and not clean. 9. On the first night and at 2an, the receptionist tried to open our room for another guest. 10. Very noisy till lste and early morning so we couldn't sleep properly or relax. 11. Alcohol was limited to only one type of beer. 12. The floor in the restaurant was always dirty of food and wet. 13. The staff use glasses and cups while customers oly provided with paper cups. 14. There was no house keeping at all and ended up cleaning our room and the bathroom ourselves. 15. Stsff with no English language and hardly you could explain tobwhat you need. Honestly there are toobmany thibgs to talk about, but my advice is to not waste your money booking this hotel. We decided to not eat in it and we spent most of the time eating outside, because all of us had tommy ache.

The people who wrote the good reviews either works there or their relatives is lying. We went because it was a 4-star hotel, but it's not the same. When we entry there is a lady with her family is angry and asking for refund, she said every where stank and another lady shouting because her daughter had food poisoning. I went to the kitchen and restaurant area it is disgustig and stank I feel vomiting then my daughter asked for toilet she went and come back said toilet is disgusting and no toilet paper. The whole place smells disgusting, and we canceled our reservation, risking not getting our deposit. We saw many people cancel their reservations and couldn't get their money back. Fights broke out.

Very bad, went there the toilets were disgusting no toilet paper, the kitchen stank, the air conditioner did not work in the room, once the employee had finished cleaning the bathroom, he used the same mop to clean around the pool too, it was a nightmare please do not go, I cancelled and lost my money instead of staying there.

The male staff hit on me and my friends multiple times, very unprofessional - not a friendly place for non turkish people. The floor in the bedroom, the bedding, the pillows, the bathroom and the shower were very very dirty. We actually checked out early and went to another hotel because we felt so uncomfortable with the low level of cleanliness and the behaviour towards us from the male staff. They also lied about having a gym, there is no gym. The fridge in our room wasn't working properly and wasn't cool on the inside but was very hot and made our room hot, and the plug to this fridge was broken and very precarious looking, definitely an unresolved hazard. The only thing that was good was the rice.

The staff were very unprofessional and tried to hit on us, some didn’t take no for an answer until we had to leave. Do not go as foreign women because they will try to exploit the fact you know nothing. ON TOP OF THAT: - toilet didn’t flush properly - shower was mouldy - fridge was plugged in to a faulty socket with live exposed wires making it and everything nearby extremely not - lied about having a gym on their website - we had to pay for internet (never heard of this at a hotel - maybe it’s common i don’t know) - when we arrived there was only one pillow between 3 beds do not go here if you’re travelling without a man; plus bad hygiene. Belpoint Beach Hotel nearby is much better
