There is no hot water! The bathroom door is broken. The furniture in the room is broken. TV does not turn on at all. Towels with brown stains. There’s only chicken for lunch and dinner. No meat or fish. Baking, desserts - nothing. Bread is only given after a long request. In the evenings, young men sit in the hall, drink spirits, make noise and behave inappropriately. Leaving the room in the evening is scary! It's dark around the hotel, not a single lamp works! And the most important! There is no hot water in the room! The reception-manager doesn’t want to solve the problem. Refuses to change number. He refuses to call his boss. He also refuses to explain the situation. The tour guide who carried out the transfer even asked to the contract, where it was written that there should be hot water in the shower.

Тёплый приём, встретили, сразу заселили, хотя приехали около 10 утра, номер 301,есть лифт, тихо, спокойно в отеле. Все понравилось, сотрудники говорят на нескольких языках, в том числе и на русском. Мы жили 12 дней, несколько раз были турецкие концерты вечером, точно в 11 ч музыка заканчивалась, рядом жилой комплекс. В бассейне не купались, всегда ходили на море, городской пляж мин 10 неспешным шагом мимо Мигроса, ресторана, где выставлены бесплатные апельсины ( мы сначала стеснялась, потом угощалмсь каждый день).Несколько раз ездили на отдельном автобусе на пляж, море везде одинаковое. Спасибо всем сотрудникам за прекрасный отдых!

Хороший отель недалеко от Аэропорта (20 минут езды) и песчаного хорошего пляжа (песок серый, не мелкий желтый, но очень приятный). Из основных плюсов – хорошее питание (если вы не закоренелый мясоед) и отличное отношение персонала. Из минусов – в августе, при 40 градусах, не хватало мощности кондиционера. Электричество работает от ключа - карты, т.е. охладить номер или зарядить гаджет в отсутствие постояльцев не получиться. Некоторым покажется долгим путь на ближайший пляж – 10-15 минут. Мы ходили с удовольствием, любуясь природой (ни одного растения, растущего в нашей Беларуси, не встретили). На бесплатный, хорошо обустроенный, возит шаттл от отеля утром и вечером. Бассейн с горкой для детей, лягушатником и мостиком для фото – хорош. Рядом (3-5 минут) – магазины, обменник, точка заправки проездных карт и остановка автобусов. На них мы ездили на фуникулер (2 часа без пересадок), в центр (1 час пути, центр Калеичи и Старая гавань - шикарны), на водопад Дюден – 5 минут езды, в Перге, в торговый центр. Если не ждать от 3 звезд морепродуктов на обед и шикарных номеров – понравится. Хорошие матрасы. В санузле все функционирует без проблем. Интернет бесплатный (фото перекидывает, фильм не посмотрите), сейф – платный (3 доллара, не пользовались). Не меняйте деньги в Аэропорту – курс ниже НА ТРЕТЬ!!! Если платить не лирами – будет часто дороже, карты принимают далеко не везде.

Бронировали на 2 ночи, транзит в Сиде. Удивлены отель отличный, очень много иностранцев ( русско болтающих то- же хватает). Для не сезона сервис на уровне. Задумались стоит- ли ездить в 5*, результат в принципе такой- же. Кормят поскромнее, поят: раки, пиво, красное- белое, спиртяга в красивых бутылках . Нам понравилось. Напрягает район ( какой- то он не пляжный) и трансфер на пляж ( нудно и рус. чикен успели вынести мозг).

Je ne sais pas par quelle description commencer tellement il y a tout à reprendre dans cet hotel...... Cet hotel est constitué de 3 blocs de bâtiment A, B, et C. Nous sommes une familles de 3 enfants et 2 Adultes, à notre arrivée sur place vers minuit, une chambre familiale avec 5 lits individuels au bloc A ,nous est attribués. C'était l'horreur!!!! Tellement les enfants ont pleuré de l'état de la chambre : - tringle cassée, rideau à moitié décroché, - taches jaunes sur la literie (oreillers, matelas, sommier, culottes trouvées entre le sommier et le matelas....) literie inconfortable, impossible de dormir. - porte de la salle d'eau qui se ferme pas. - Frigo de chambre : du moisi et de la rouille à l'intérieur : dégueulasse.... Et j'en passe.... buffet du restaurant limité, pas de choix, toujours à répétition : pâtes (pas cuite) ou riz / 1 plat en sauce / une viande (poulet) recyclé de la veille. Salade/crudité : bof bof. Dessert : à fuir, trop sucré, récup de la veille..... Repas midi et soir : identique Hotel se trouvant dans un couloir de vol, très proche de l'aéroport, les avions survolent trés bas l'hotel toute la journée voir la nuit. Eviter les chambres des bloc A et C. Le bloc B est plus récent. Le prix de vaut pas le qualité prix. Ne pas y séjourner plus de 3-4 jours, hotel de transit, non familiale. Aucune animation pour les enfants. Pas d'animation le soir, sauf le lundi et vendredi soir sans intérêt, c'est dommage.
