位置很贊，不管你是大巴還是飛機來到安塔利亞，酒店附近都有非常方便的交通方式。在安塔利亞的這兩三天，我多次坐在lobby窗邊欣賞街道的棕櫚樹，整個氛圍都特別elegant就如同酒店的名字。
前台接待的年輕小哥不太聽得懂英語，老爺爺的英語很好，兩位都是非常熱情的人，都主動幫我泡咖啡☺️
大多數房間在後花園，很美麗休閑的一塊地方。但也有不好之處，我的房間在地面樓層，花園沒有什麼安保措施，跟外面的馬路是連通的，任何人都可以出現在你的門口，安全性比較差。因為我是獨居的女生，晚上都開着燈睡覺。這點可能要想一下怎麼改善。

Toplocatie en topservice. De medewerkers waren erg vriendelijk en mevrouw Seda was erg behulpzaam toen we aangaven dat het bed niet erg fijn lag. We hebben toen vrijblijvend een up-grade gekregen. Voor 3 nachten wel 3 verschillende kamers gehad maar de samenwerking met Trip was dat we alleen de kamers konden krijgen op de begane grond. En dat beviel ons niet echt. De kamers en inrichting zijn wel aan vernieuwing toe. Het concept is ernaar maar het moet wel gebruiksvriendelijk zijn. De medewerkers krijgen wel een 10 van ons.

Maintenance in the room is poor and needs to be reviewed. The toom averaged over £115 a night, yet the shower was not fully functional and the fridge did not work. No in room Kettle, though I was offered hot water from reception.
Breakfast was good, nice selection.
Pool area nice, but towels have seen better days.
LUNA garden nearby for food and people watching is a must.
Hotel disappointing for the price paid.

Misleading information from staff. Do not tell you what is chargeable from initial check in and charge at check out. Spoiled our stay in the end.

A lovely place, in the heart of the most central area in Antalya.
You can get anywhere without the need for public transportation. The hotel itself is a boutique hotel.
Tastefully designed, excellent service. I will definitely choose this place again
