Nice resort with great views.

位置不錯。是一個休閑的好去處。服務人員也很熱情有禮，但如果沒有租車去那裡就比較迂迴，附近也沒有大的超市，餐廳之類，衹能在酒店裡消費。幸好自助餐不差，每天都有不同菜式。早餐最值得一讚👍🏻

Otel gerçekten tam 5 yıldızı hakeden çok büyük bir otel. İyiki kempinski yi seçmişim . Otel oda, hizmet, deniz , restoran lar , temizlik , konum herşeyi ile çok güzeldi. Çalışanlar saygılı ve yardımseverler. Teşekkürler kempins ki. Kesin tekrar geleceğim.

Je ne suis pas du genre à laisser des avis (temps perdu), mais la c'est juste obligatoire. Vraiment la qualité de l'hôtel ne vaut pas un 5 étoiles. Tout juste un 4 et je ne parle que de la qualité de l hôtel. Chambre vieillotte, service en chambre de nettoyage laissant a désirez (retrouver des serviettes propres sur le lit, salle de bain pas nettoyer, les femmes de ménages criant a l'extérieur, etc...) Et le personnel responsable juste hallucinant. Le 1er soir nous mangeons dans un bar snack (on peu au final commander aussi sur la carte du restaurant a l'extérieur) et nous prenons des tapas a un prix exorbitant (vin 14-16€ pour un verre banal, plat entre 25-50€ par tapas)... Mais pas grave on est dans un 5 étoiles et au Seychelles. Bref on mange et la un burger au poulet et vraiment bien fumé au barbecue... Je mange mais a la.moitie j'arrête et je me dis c'est vraiment trop fumé (impression que le barbecue n'était pas laver et que je.manger du charbon)... Bref on fini et va se coucher. A 2h du matin malade comme un chien.... Je vomis toute les 2h pendant 24h. Je suis donc vidée et naze pendant 48h. Nos 5 jours je n'ai pas pu faire un p'tit déjeuner complet (ayant eu une intoxication. Alimentaire on a du mal à retrouver la faim). Le plus grave est quand même la réception et les responsable de l'hôtel qui m'ont dit ceci : nous avons demandée autour de nous et client et n'avons pas eu d'autre cas donc on ne peux rien faire. Il me dise pour être sûr qu'il faut aller à l'hôpital pour faire des test.... En gros je viens de passer 2 jours dans ma chambre (il n'ont pas fait le ménage car je l'occuper),j'ai demander des médicament à l'infirmière et on me fait comprendre qu'il y a pas de geste commercial (je sais pas mais la.moindre des choses / vrai ou pas vrai / aurait dû être un remboursement du restaurant m'ayant intoxiquée). Bref rien a faire. Le soir du 3 jours je suis allée au snack et demander un plat de patte nature. (pour remanger tranquille et refaire mon transite). Ça m'a était facturée 20€ .... Voilà en gros la mentalité de l'hôtel..... Donc fuyez cette hôtel. Je vous parle pas du temps pourri qu'on a eu (vent et drapeaux rouge pendant les 5 jours), ou des employer nous on expliquer qu'il fallait sortir pour voir du soleil et pas/peu de vent (chose qu'on a fait et qu'on valide). La situation de l'hôtel est vraiment pas bonne. Le nord est sûrement bien mieux. Bref hôtel kempinski je n'y retournerai pas : pas commercial (on a donc éviter de dépenser chez eux au spa, resto et activité ), situation mauvaise sur l' île, prix exorbitant ( le four Season juste à côté a les même prix niveau nourriture. La qualité est sûrement supérieure au vu des chambres qui sont a 2000€ minimum la nuit).... La seule chose qui les sauve c'est que les employée (pas les responsable qui on des ordres de la.direction) sont super gentil et agréable. En tout cas pour finir nos vacances (tour a praslin et la digue avant) on a était très déçu.

Das Hotel ist zwar leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber es liegt an einem tollen Strand.

It has one thing going for it. The grounds and a pretty beach. Not spectacular, not unique, but pretty enough. That's where it ends. On our arrival we waited a good 1/2 hour to be checked in. As there was no-one else checking in, I was a bit baffled. I had to go and ask what the hold up was a couple of times. Then I had to ask if they were at 100% occupancy as our Titanium status was not mentioned and an upgrade not offered (I hate doing this as it makes me sound "entitled"). It went from bad to worse from there. Our towels were only changed randomly, sometimes all of them, sometimes some. Coffee pods were replaced sporadically. Rooms were left unmade until late afternoon. There was no turndown service (just wished to have fresh towels). Room 317 next to our suite was used by staff to come and go and there was constant yelling and door slamming. Broken glass around the supply room (on the other side of room 315) has been on the walk way ground the WHOLE week we were there (where people walk around barefoot all the time). The food is mediocre at best and most definitely not 5*. I don't understand people raving about the food here. Our anniversary dinner, planned weeks in advance - in a very pretty setting I have to say - was ruined by the inedible food. To top it off they actually had the audacity to charge us over EUR500 for a 3 course meal consisting of a ceviche, a platter for two with dry, cold and overcooked fish and chewy, grisly, horribly overcooked steak that was NOT a fillet. Oh, lets not forget the ONE glass of wine between the two of us, which was so bad hat, as much as I like my wine, I could not finish it. Apparently EUR500 does not entitle a person to have a glass from a decent bottle, only from the "wine by the glass" selection. In hindsight, I should've been more callous and ordered a whole bottle then leave whatever I haven't drunk. I admit, following our photos and complaints, the executive chef apologized and we got a free fish and steak the next day (no wine though). Don't get me started on the drinks. The cocktails are priced at around EUR25+, as is a glass of wine. That's why most people were sipping water with dinner. Clearly the hotel does not understand it is better to sell 100 drinks at say EUR15 each, than 3 drinks at EUR25. If I can pay over EUR500 for a night's accommodation, I can afford a few cocktails BUT I refuse to be taken for a mug. Cocktails at the nearby Four Seasons (no comparison between the two hotels) were exactly the same price. Go figure.... For seven days, every single morning at breakfast, when the staff asked for our coffee order, I asked for an espresso with a bit of cream on the side. I reiterated I did not want milk, but would prefer cream. Every. Single. Morning. I got milk. Hot, cold, foamed up, but milk. After the third day I explained that I wanted cream, not whipped, not heated up, just plain liquid cream. Made no difference. THEN I was told that I got milk because some guests ar

Friendly staff.. liked the chefs and how they accommodated my dietary requests.. I mention especially breakfast chef, plus two Arab chefs; Ayman & Emad.. spa was great too: both aster & Joice were wonderful.. thx for the whole experience 💕
