Our stay at Best Western Plus Metro Clark for my 53rd birthday on December 28th to 29th, 2023, and our festive post-Christmas celebration, intended to be simple, unexpectedly provided a blend of comfort and indulgence, making our family experience truly memorable and wonderful. Parking & Security Guard: The hotel offers convenient parking facilities (open and multi-level), well-maintained and secured. There are dedicated security guards providing a sense of safety for guests and their vehicles. In house cafe’: The Café Sebastian, with its cozy ambiance and wide array of beverages and snacks, offers a perfect setting for casual meetings or unwinding after a long day. The relaxed atmosphere, coupled with the courteous staff, enhances the experience, ensuring a pleasant and enjoyable visit. Room, Bathroom & Amenities: The rooms are comfortable, well-furnished, and equipped with modern amenities. The bathrooms are clean, spacious, and stocked with quality toiletries, ensuring a pleasant stay. In-House Restaurants: The hotel's main restaurants, Namari Japanese Bistro and Cactus Jack Smokehouse, offer an exquisite dining experience for lunch and dinner. With diverse menus and exceptional services, these are ideal spots for delicious meals. Reception, Hotel Staff & Housekeeping: The reception staff are courteous and efficient, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless service. Moreover, during our stay on December 28, we encountered a lady housekeeper in the lobby and elevator who displayed exceptional dedication and accommodation. This housekeeping team member went above and beyond to maintain impeccable cleanliness standards, creating a consistently pleasant and hygienic environment for all guests. Breakfast Buffet: The breakfast buffet is impressive, featuring a variety of fresh and delicious options catering to different tastes. From continental to local cuisines, guests can start their day on a satisfying note. Overall, Best Western Plus Metro Clark excels in various aspects for all occasions – from its attentive staff to the quality of food and facilities, making it a recommendable choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for cleanliness, nice and accommodating staffs from front desk, housekeeping, guards and bellboys. Superb room and pool. I don't know about the previous review regarding the pool but when we went there water was crystal clear to think the place was packed they made sure it was clean and treated for the safety of their guests, there was a guy going around making sure it was always clean. I really really highly recommend this hotel due to their overall service and easy accessibility to SM Clark, LA Bakeshop (best cheese bread on earth) and other nice places in Angeles/Clark.

Brilliant hotel in every department. Immaculately clean and service 5 star. Having travelled for a long time and stayed in lots of places , I'd put the staff from door attendant, reception, bar staff, room service, infact everyone with a special mention to the chef who perfected my unusual chilli omelette . Truly amazing stay. 10 out of 10 to this great hotel and staff

Throughout the process of reservation I was updated reqularly and my special request were seen to ( I am physically challenged ). Upon arrival I was greeted warmly by all including the person entrusted with my luggage. Check-In was smooth and quick and I took advantage of the cash discount. My room 501 was spotless and very functional with a fully stocked and switched on cool fridge. Throughout my stay my room was cleaned reqularly and never once did I have to ask for anything they may have forgotten like towels etc. I enjoyed the balcony for reading purposes. IF however you need complete silence and solitude then I think definitely room 501 and possibly all the rooms facing the pool area should be fitted with double-glazed windows to drown out the excessive noise & shouting from the Korean Restaurant / Club directly behind the pool. This venue seems to fill after 22h30 and continues until 07h30 and the guest do not talk, THEY SHOUT at each other. Its truly excessive noise and on night one it woke me at 03h00 and I could not sleep until after 08h00. In 5 nights this happened three times although night one was the worst. I came very close to ask for an alternative room but chose not to as I did not feel like packing up again. The in-house restaurant caters mostly for carnivores and its the first restaurant that does not serve a fruit platter and the vegan / vegetarian options are very limited resulting in me eating out mostly. The pool attendants were quick & attentive and cleaned quickly after guest left.

This was my first time making a reservation on agora or *********** and things turned out rather nicely. I made the reservation for my girlfriend and I to do something different. I went the day prior to ensure things were ok and everything was good to go. Check in the next day was to begin at 4:00pm. I arrived at 4:35 and my room wasn’t ready until about 4:50…that is the only complaint I have. Charmaine and the other young ladies at the front desk were very professional and courteous, with a great sense of humor. I stayed in Room 508 and have no complaints about the room. Check out was flawless…I would definitely book this hotel again!

I would say it has been good decision to choose this hotel. The lobby is elegant and nice. Reception and, security are accomodating and helpful. They are friendly and gave a welcoming vibe. They gave us also a room upgrade from one to 2 beds for the 4 of us ( 2 adults and 2 kids ). The room is big and has a complete things we needed. Overall, i would very much want to choose this hotel for our next stay and will recommend this to our family and friends.

The ABC hotel is a very up-market establishment with prices to match. I normally stay at middle-range hotels which are so abundantly available in Angeles City Compared with where I normally stay- those establishments usually charge between $60 and $100 a day - I could not justify the extra cost involved in my two -night sojourn at the ABC.

เชื่อเถอะ มันคือความสุขสําหรับฉันที่การเดินทางได้จํากัดมากในช่วงโรคระบาดนี้ ผู้คนก็เหมือนอยู่ห่างๆ ห่างๆ สามีของฉันจึงถูกจับออกจากโซนสบายๆ ของพวกเรา ที่ต้องการออกจากเมืองปัจจุบันของเรา เมืองที่บูชาโล่หน้า เหมือนหน้ากากหน้าไม่เพียงพอที่จะทําให้เราร้อนอย่างนี้ แต่เนื่องจากรัฐบาลแห่งชาติได้จัดหมวดหมู่การกักกันที่เพิ่มขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่องทําให้เราต้องยกเลิกการเดินทางนั้น เรายังอยากฉลองวันเกิดยาวๆ อยู่นอกเมือง เลยวางแผนขับรถไปเที่ยวในเมืองที่มีข้อจํากัดน้อยหรือน้อย ๆ ในการกักกัน จุดแรกที่ไปคือเมืองแองเจลิสในปางปางัง ปางปางเป็นจังหวัดที่ไม่ได้อยู่ในรวมอยู่ในฟอง NCR ในช่วงเดือนพฤษภาคม 2021 เราเลยไม่ต้องไปทดสอบหรือกักกันเวลาไปถึงที่นั่น เราไม่ได้รู้ว่าหาโรงแรมที่เหมาะกับสัตว์เลี้ยงจะลําบากขนาดนี้ เราเจอคู่รัก แต่ได้ลงที่ Capitol Hill Hotel and Suites โรงแรมไม่ได้อยู่ภายใน Clarkfield จริงๆ หนึ่งเข้าโซนจาก NLEX ออกประตูด้านข้าง ๆ คุณจะผ่านสิ่งที่ดูเหมือนจะเป็นเขตโคมแดงในอดีตของเขตทหารสหรัฐเก่า (?) แล้วคุณจะพบ Capitol Hill สร้างขึ้นอยู่นอกเขตที่อยู่อาศัย ข้างๆ โรงแรมเก่าและใหม่บางแห่ง อันนี้ดูใหม่ ครุบสะอาด ีที่จอดรถกว้างขวางทั้งด้านหน้าและด้านข้างอาคารโรงแรม มีกระเป่ากระเป๋าสองใบและสุนัขตัวเล็ก 4 ตัว ยินดีที่พาไปพักห้องชั้นสอง พวกเรายังต้องนั่งลิฟท์ไปกลับหลายรอบจากรถ เสียดายที่เสียเวลาในการนับว่าคนทําประตูมาถือประตูให้เรากี่ครั้ง ผู้หญิงที่รีเซฟชั่นสองคนยิ้มแย้มตลอดเวลา เราโดนยื่นคีย์การ์ดแค่ใบเดียว แต่ทุกโรงแรมที่เคยพักมามักทํากฎให้เอาคีย์การ์ด 2 ใบเผื่อจะทิ้งอีกใบไว้ในห้อง ห้องพักขนาดประมาณ 50 ตารางเมตร มีเตียงขนาดคิงไซส์ มีทีวี อุปกรณ์อาบน้ํา หน้าต่างบานใหญ่มองเห็นที่ที่เราจอดรถได้ ห้องน้ําแบบเห็นวิว มีอ่าง น้ําแรงดันในอ่างล้างหน้าและฝักบัวแรง และอีกอย่างสะอาดคึกคัก ห้องน้ําชักโครกชําระได้ดี ทั้งตึกมี wi-fi เราได้ผ้าเช็ดตัวให้เพียงพอ ตู้เสื้อผ้ามีเสื้อคลุมสองตัว รองเท้าแตะสองคู่ มีตู้นิรภัยให้ ลุยไปชั้นดาดฟ้าก็จะเจอสระว่ายน้ําแบบ infinity bar และร้านอาหาร อาหารมีราคาแพงถ้าคุณมีงบประมาณแต่พวกเขาให้บริการรวดเร็วและมีความกังวลอย่างเต็มที่เกี่ยวกับรสชาติของคุณ คุณไม่ต้องเอาผ้าเช็ดตัวจากห้องพักหากต้องการใช้สระว่ายน้ําเขามีผ้าเช็ดตัวให้ แนะนําให้ทานอาหารเย็นที่ rooftop เอง หรือกับวันที่ไป วิวตอนเย็นของ Clarkfield และ สนามบิน Clark ช่างอลังการมาก ด้านล่างชั้นดาดฟ้าชั้นนึงเป็นยิมเล็กๆ มีลู่วิ่ง เปโลตัน น้ําหนักตัวนิดๆ เช้าวันรุ่งขึ้นผมต้องอยู่ในห้องเพื่อเตรียมของไว้สําหรับรอบต่อไปในทัวร์ของเรา โทรศัพท์ก็ดังเข้ามาถามว่าเราต้องการอาหารเช้าของเราที่ห้องหรือร้านอาหารที่ดาดฟ้า มันเป็น1แล้ว เราบอกว่าเราจะไห้

ทุกที่ที่เราเดินทางในฟิลิปปินส์เรามักจะเลือกดาวเคราะห์สีแดง... มันเหมาะกับงบประมาณของคุณโดยไม่กระทบกับความปลอดภัยและความสะดวกสบายของคุณ นอกจากนี้ยังมี 7/11 ในบริเวณใกล้เคียงหรือคุณสามารถสั่งอาหารออนไลน์ได้ ไม่ใกล้กับความพยายาม แต่โรงแรมสะอาดมาก

A very nice hotel, beautiful and well kept. It is above and beyond what I expected given the price we paid. Simple and tastefully set, hallways are bright and beautiful, spacious with nice marble floors. Rooms are clean with everything you need like outlet/chargers and full light controls at bedside, study table, coffee table and a very nice view from the room! They even have a pool, partitioned rooms in the cafe. The breakfast included in the stay is pretty good considering the price. Bed, pillows are comfortable, toilet is very nice. A night to just spend in just a simple accommodation while visiting family turned out to be a very pleasant stay! Highly recommended!
