The Karanasos Hotel is the perfect rest stop for any outdoor enthusiast. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and nestled between the pristine beach and vibrant restaurants of Batsi. The owners are friendly and engaging. Andros has an abundance of hiking trails as well as climbing locations, as avid outdoor enthusiasts themselves, Dimitris and Sophia were able to guide us on which trails and climbs would be best suited to our ability and ensuring a most enjoyable experience for us. We would not consider staying anywhere else.

Amazing stay. The staff was amazing, especially Julia, Dimitris and Sofia. The overall experience was really quirky and I'd definitely go again. The location was fabulous and the hotel was pet-friendly as the owners had two dogs, Hara amd Elmo.

Hotel confortevole in un’ottima posizione: a pochissimi minuti a piedi dalla bella spiaggia di Batsi e in una via tranquilla lontana da traffico. Molto simpatici i proprietari che ci hanno dato indicazioni sui sentieri. Camera dotata tra l’altro di bollitore, molto gradito. Bel balcone, spazioso. Il bagno è un pò datato, ma funzionale. Materasso non molto comodo (assai morbido). Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione, non inclusa nel prezzo. Pur essendo già stata a Batsi, non conoscevo questa struttura che sì è rivelata un’ottima soluzione ad un prezzo molto buono. Consigliato!
