All ok but we were not allowed to late check out, it is disappointed for we waited 3hours at the lobby for our Shuttle pickup for our Cruise ship.

不在市區，比較安靜，交通算方便。走路10分鐘有公交。洗浴提供的荷蘭Rituals品牌產品。

幫朋友定的，對比了很多家最後選的這個，不知道環境怎麼樣，看整體環境還是挺好的畢竟價格在那，聽朋友説都很滿意

早上7點就到酒店，可以先放低行李，玩完一日先check in Book 左executive room, 其實只係有一架專用lift for executive 哦層，無乜特別 出Lift 會有一兜蘋果任拎 executive room 有free snacks bar, 但完全無snacks 得雪櫃兩枝水可免費 總括執房都乾淨，位置就落左tram station 再行大概10分鐘 check in 時額外需付city tax 同service charge 同trip.com 上顯示唔同，向trip.com 反映後能以trip coins refund

入住： 1.要補51.77歐元/間税費，與顯示的60歐/4間不一致 2.4條房key全部不能用，導致我們卡在電梯口被其他旅客誤會以為我們不會使用電梯顯得非常尷尬和狼狽 3.接待處衹有一位值班經理全程微笑接待且幫我們解決問題，住了兩天大多數員工都目無表情，當然這個不是最重要的。但因為前置條件導致我們體驗不好。 4.幾台暖氣機都是壞的… 5.部分電源接口沒有通電… 周邊： 十分荒蕪，我們拖着沉重的箱子要走很遠，與地圖有一定距離。 如果是已付價格加上51歐的税我一定不會選擇這裏。 結語 無論價格和景點距離還是其他方面都不是我認知的五鑽，勝價比是我這13天裏面住的酒店中最差的。 我下次一定不會再訂這裏。

We liked it. Clean and soft bed

Good hotel

basically it was okay. What I didn't like was that the balcony wasn't clean, there were cigarette butts and leaves on the floor everywhere, the minibar was empty, the room telephone didn't work and unfortunately breakfast in bed didn't work either. that was very disappointing.

This is a beautiful hotel, but it was the helpful staff that made our stay truly exceptional. We were so lucky to have selected it from it's online information only- it is better in person, and we will stay there again when we return to Amsterdam.

Great location. Quicker to the airport via Amsterdam Zuid. Lots of local bars & breakfast places. Easy trams nearby into the centre.Very comfortable spacious room. Friendly staff, nice bar, great stay!

Excellent location. Close to tram stops for airport & city centre. Very spacious & comfortable bedroom. Clean bathroom with very clear shower controls. Staff very friendly & helpful.

The room was clean and absolutely quiet; the breakfast offered a great choice and plenty. I found the area around the property a little dirty, maybe for the new years eve celebration

Would recommend
