Clinknoord Hostel

A lot of the signing in process is automated, and needlessly so. If you booked from a third party website you might be frustrated. It doesn't help that the Internet connection is very slow. Other than that, clicknoord has a great location and fantastic common areas.

Ideal location, super social, lots of communal spaces and events every night

A very convenience place, walking distance to many tourist place. Next to train station and other public transportation. But since it located opposite river, it is literally quieter. Bar, kitchen and snack machines are available. Two things I dislike, first locker have to using internet and I have difficulty to make payment with my foreign cards, further more the internet for basement room are extremely weak. Secondly, my usb charging ports are both spoiled. 😞 Overall still quite good!

I had a single room. It was very small but convenient - just enough for one person. It has all necessary things - comfortable bed and private bathroom. The room was clean and really nice with a composition inspired by Piet Mondrian’s artwork. The bathroom was also nice and clean. There was always hot water in the shower. There were 3 towels and cleaning gel and shampoo just enough for my stay. I asked about the hair dryer and they told me I can rent it for free at the reception. The view from the window was to the inside patio, but it wasn’t bad - it was bright and you felt private. I didn’t get the keys to the room but I had a code. The room service was everyday but you don’t have contact with them. I also liked the social room - you can feel there like in the coffe bar and you can order food and drinks there. People at the reception were all really nice and helpful. I’ll definitely come back there when I’ll stay in Amsterdam next time because the hostel is really nice and cheap comparint to the other places like this in Amsterdam. It is also great that they have single rooms for people like me :) Throughout my stay it was silent all the time :)

It is very close to the central train station, you just need to take a ferry. It is so much fun!

Really affordable room for an Amsterdam stay! There’s extra tourist tax need to pay. I’m glad to find a room in such a convenient location — walking distance to take the ferry

It was my first time to be in a hostel and I can say it was a great experience. The moment I came in, the energy and atmosphere is lively as well as comfortable. The place is well decorated and has multiple amenities that will ensure you will not get bored. My roommates are respectful, I had a good sleep even though I’m a light sleeper. I was worried about this whole hostel thing but I was relieved when I was finally there and will surely come back there. Plus, location is perfect, near the central and bus tour meeting point for Keukenhof, but peaceful area.

Good for us. Coz of the cheapest price in Amsterdam. Pls stay there. You can feel comfortable.
