I wish there would be an option of -ve rating. Not good value for money and very bad customer service, in addition misleading advertisement. Apparently receptionist had no training how to talk and resolve customer query, very very unprofessional
My room was just kind of a box, wall to wall a double bed and there was no other space. No desk , not bathroom, no cupboard, no drinking water, literally nothing but just a bed. I was flabbergasted. On the top receptionist was one of his kind, he told me this is not a hotel but kind of a hostle therefore we call it hotel not hotel !!! This is pathetic explanation of not providing basic service. Room was not cleaned. No iron , no iron board. Literally nothing but just a bed in room. When I let him know that in morning I need to attend a meeting and there require an iron and iron board he said I can't not find any iron therefore I can't do anything. I replied it doesn't solve my problem. I was accused of shouting while trying to convince him that he has to atleast pretend he is trying helping me? But very cold approach taken by staff. There was another couple at the reception he was also arguing with them and the lady was very very unsatisfied and annoyed too.
I had to use sharing toilet. Shared toilet and bathroom was having open socket and cable are coming out from wall. Very big health and safety hazards. No shower soap all of them was empty, toilet were stinking . Very bad maintenance.
